New tea shop has a soft opening right now (30% off promo) in the quiet stripmall near Walnut HS. They have a spacious interior and large tables. They even have anime figures on display in the back for sale (in the future!)

The service is friendly, the drinks are decent, and they are generous with toppings. I quite like their sago drinks. Worth another visit to try their fruit teas and savory snacks.

Amazing atmosphere! Bookstore-like decor and plenty of cool board games. Ordered the chicken wings which were juicy and spiced just right. Relatively empty in the afternoon so a great place to work then.

Critical feedback: I ordered a peach oolong milk tea with boba, 0 sugar. The drink was very watery and I requested more milk in it, but it still wasn't enough. Slightly disappointed with the drink.

Nice-to-have enhancement: have sugar packets outside so customers can adjust the sugar level themselves. Would be nice if the boba had a honey coating to it.

Overall, I loved the place and really hope it does well!

It is very good place to study and chat with friends. The milk tea station is very bright and clean. Service is very good. I ordered taro milk tea and Jasmine green Mille Crepe cake, and my friend order jasmine Green tea with 75% sugar and one pork floss cake. We love it, we have very peaceful time here. I would like to invite friends here to have drinks and chat next time. I will look forward to try different milk tea next time.

I got the mango pomelo drink and that was pretty amazing. Perhaps I will take responsibility for going into this place hungry as I ended up ordering popcorn chicken and it was spongy. It's not the typical popcorn chicken that comes with some garnishing of cilantro and/or basil. Furthermore, the chicken texture was more like mechanically separated or a bad version of beyond meat for $8+. I dont recommend it. I also got curly fries that had more salt than the Dead Sea. Stick to drinks which is what they're known for.

Newly open food store. super close to WHS, very convenient to grab some snacks while hanging out with friends after school. often have promotions very student friendly
