As everyone else seems to be having issues with, I ordered a product April 2020 and heard at the end of June it would be a week tops before we got any information on our order. Its not the end of August. We have sent many, many emails, and contacted them through Facebook. They still chose not to answer and ghost us. Apparently they do not care about their business or their customers. They have been reported due to their failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline. This is a breach under the Consumer Act 2015. I don't know what the issue is, but ghosting so many of your customers like this is not okay. I will never recommend this company to anyone due to the issues we have experienced. Its sad too because I have ordered from them before and I throughly enjoyed their products, but after this horrible display of their business and how they like to treat their customers, I am done. I, along with everyone else you have hosted deserve a response and we all deserve to have our money refunded, as many of us have asked for. Once again, I am asking for a refund and expect a full repayment within a reasonable time.

Purchased a replica COD ray gun on April 26, 2020. I've heard nothing from this seller since. I found them on Facebook and asked why we have not gotten a tracking number. They responded that they had another item and could send it to me. I requested a photo and asked if this was how they usually do business. They have ghosted me since. I can see on Messanger that they have viewed my messages. They are obvious frauds who sell items they do not have. We've requested our money back. If I could give no stars, I would.

Purchased in late March 2020. I have seen/heard nothing, after repeated inquiries. Completely ghosted. Even if you have experienced/ are experiencing pandemic related problems, there is no reason for failing to follow up with email inquires. Do not trust these people. It sounds like they at least supplied feedback with others (who were swindled), but didn't make good. Guess that's why you don't supply a phone #?!

Luckily I got my refund from Paypal because they're either dead or scam. They were a good company at one point I'm sure they blame the virus for not giving people what they order.

Dude took $145 from me and never gave me my product. Been trying to contact him for over a month now and he’s been ghosting me. Incredibly selfish and unprofessional, I’m disputing this through my bank. This is a scam, don’t buy.
