Do yourself a favor, go the Concord location instead. Why? 3 people at the register when I walked in. None greeted me. But they greeted other people when they walked in. Second time I came in here and it's always the same attitude. Especially the young guy. They pretty much never have any medium or large/large tall sized carhartt jackets in carhartt brown. And they can't order any (assuming you can actually get them to help you)

I went to the Concord store and I was greeted right away and asked if I needed help finding anything and their attitude was genuinely nicer among all associates. Luckily I'm in that area for work all the time so I can drop in. They also have a better selection of carhartt accessories.

This store has it all! From my keen work boots to the carhartt shirts! Great selection for the blue collar workers! Last time I went had some great help from Crystal! So friendly and helpful! She helped me with all my work gear and even helped pick out some new Heat waves!! Was treated so nice!

From work pants, shoes, hats, glasses, and BRCC coffee, they've got it all. Staff is very helpful and accommodates any questions you might have. It does lean more on the expensive side, but if you're looking for quality brands for a fair price, this is the place to go. Well worth the trip. Don't hesitate, go check them out 💯💯
