Just wanted to share normally I get spicy shrimp rolls every time I shop there and they have been always awesome. Unfortunately today not so much. The rice was way undercooked and very chewy.

I ordered a Thanksgiving meal. It looked great. When I got home I realized that I was charged $24 too much. I had thrown away my receipt. But seeing i paid with a debit card i could see on my bank account how much i was charged.
I called publix and explained the situation. I believe the lady's name was Lauri. She asked me to provide her some information. Within 15min she called me back, saying she found my receipt and I indeed was charged $24 too much. She told me I could come back to the store, which I did and handed me my refund . Thank you Lauri for your quick response and professionalism.

I haven’t placed an order ahead for sandwiches in the Deli for a long time. I decided to order four Boar’s Head Philly subs to bring for lunch with friends. When picking up the subs they were hot and toasted, not what I requested. I did not have the time to say anything so I just took them. When we opened our subs the “cooked” peppers were not cooked, there were a few “cooked” onions and no visible mushrooms. Where was the “generous” portion of beef? The outside of the toasted rolls crumbled apart everywhere. Such a disappointment. This is not what Publix advertises for a Philly sub. I called the Deli and left a message. The manager was supposed to get back to me. No call. Lesson learned, no more ordering sandwiches ahead in the Deli.

Publix is one of the few retail chains where I can rely on every store being equally wonderful as the others. The shopping experience here is 10 out of 10. The only complaint I have is the parking lot. It's not difficult to get in, but it's very tough and challenging to get out safely if you need to head east on Norvell Bryant. All other directions when exiting are okay, but not if you have to head east on NB Hwy, so be careful. Publix is so busy here, along with the smaller businesses located here, so parking is at a premium.

Publix is always consistently good. But that parking lot was crazy. Some people taking up two spaces, pulling out in front of others, not stopping for pedistrian, etc... some people appeared that they shouldn't be driving for the safety of themselves and others. Just be cautious when visiting there.

Please train your cashiers better. My card needed to be put in manually and he didn't know how to do that. I walked out, without my groceries and went to target. Their employees know what they are doing. 😆
