stop here all the time when I’m driving through. I’m parking in the back. Everything is available. Everything is fresh. They always have their sales up. I want to get something specifically that’s on sale. I know I could look on the caps nice friendly environment, clean organize store.

My family & I just visited the deli to get publix subs & had a wonderful experience with Keisha @ the sub counter, she was super friendly, extremely respectful, very helpful & just an all around wonderful person/employee! She definitely is an asset to your company & I hope to continue seeing her whenever visiting!!

Always out of items at the hot bar or food has been sitting for a while. Possibly a bit under staffed. But servers are polite and friendly. Pharmacy staff is awesome. Store is always neat and clean.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is clean and best produce!. This was my first experience of placing an order for a cake and the bakery came through! . The cake was beautiful and delicious.

Tip: come with the picture of the cake you want made printed.

One of the bakery attendant was very kind enough to take a picture of my phone of the cake I wanted made so I wouldn’t have to come back. The process was very fast and easy

Always love publix. The quality of their food and fresh vegetables and fruit are top notch! Always friendly staff and best part you don't have to show your receipt as you try to walk out the store!

We go to Publix on baytree usually twice a week for subs. We go there every week for groceries spending on average $300. We were there last week for subs standing in line with seven other customers, with only one sub maker ( Cedric). All of a sudden while waiting on customers Cedric decides he needs a break, and politely tells the customers he'll be back and goes over to the soda fountain and gets something to drink. Not caring that some of the customers have been standing in line for 15 to 20 minutes. Finally a short stout white lady comes out to help make subs but the first thing she does is start barking out orders about not to block the aisle instead of getting to work and waiting on the customers.This is unacceptable and Publix managers should do better with their customer service training.

Can’t say enough about the Staff - they are always pleasant and helpful. Store is clean and well stocked and BIG Kudos to the Bakery-that Tiramisu!!

I have found this store to be well stocked with friendly and helpful staff. However, there have been numerous occasions, like today, when I have called to speak with someone in the deli or prepared foods area and the phone has rang for more than 10 minutes. I live 25 minutes away. Not gonna drive to town to ask if you have spicy gold wings when they have been out too many times before.
