I went here yesterday and the merchandise was placed on the wrong rack and the manager refused to honor the sign. It's a law you have to honor the sign. I worked in retail and know that

I've mixed emotions about this haunt-- but there are some good points... like the prices! Yet... you for get what you pay for. I purchased a Grinch sweatshirt for a beloved friend💚 However, I had to warn her about the fit because it seemed off😳

Listen... we have a saying in my community that goes something like this: "everything ain't for everybody" (this version eliminates the actual vernacular)-- however, if it's for you... Bravo👏

Being from the uk I have to say how much I miss this store. I’m so happy they are finally opening all over America. They definitely have the cheapest most variety of clothes you’ll ever find. Ok ok the clothing isn’t the same quality as something you would spend $$$ on, Howe that being said it still looks great at a fraction of the cost.

Was excited to see this store come to ny. They have great clothing for anyone. We shop a lot for our 2 year old and they have plenty of character clothing for great prices.
Glad these store are popping up more often in more places.

Very rude manager that works Sunday night shift along with very young rude teenage cashier.. I made a purchase Saturday 11/16 and I did not realize there was a manufacturing issue with my item. I came back the next day to exchange my pants but I did not have a receipt. The manager literally approached me so rudely, very nasty attitude and said we can't help you then walked away. I tried to explain to the cashier that I had my ID and bank card for exchange only for the teenage cashier to roll her eyes and still proceed to say we don't accept/nor store any information in their system. Since there was nothing I can do and after being treated so poorly, the cashier asked if I wanted to keep the deformed pants...? Like seriously why would I... I checked primark return/exchange policy and on the website it does say exchange can happen without receipt, I'm just not sure if it's only this location.

After my visit today, I wish I could rate this location with 0 stars. I came in today with my mom to return 2 items, which we had lost the receipt for. I figured it would be easy to complete the return since it was on her credit card and there was a record of the purchase there. In a prior similar experience, an employee happily completed the return without a receipt. I informed the cashier about my desire to return 2 items without a receipt (tags still intact, unworn etc) and she informed me that she would have to tell her manager because they aren't allowed to complete returns without a receipt. This was perfectly fine with me, and I even offered to happily exchange the items for two new things that I wanted to purchase instead, just in case that would make anything easier. The manager named Kiesha approached us and I explained the situation to her. She rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to explain that they would be unable to process the return. When I asked her why they were able to do it the last time I had no receipt, she told me that it was a courtesy and can't be done anymore since I've made it "a habit" to return items. This is the second time I've ever had to return an item at primark after shopping here for over 2 years. In fact, this could probably be confirmed through my bank statements. The entire interaction with Kiesha was extremely rude and off-putting. Further, she spoke to me condescendingly, which I don't appreciate at all. It's a shame that managers interact that way with their customers, especially when their employees are perfectly pleasant and happy to help as best as they can. My interaction with Kiesha has greatly disappointed me, and I am upset that she insinuated I'm constantly trying to return items to Primark, akin to scamming. I wouldn't recommend this location.

I just had the worst experience at this store. I tried to return a pair of pants (with the tag on it), and because the receipt was expired (for 2 days!), they didn’t allow me.
And the worst part is: the manager and the cashier were rude and clearly didn’t care at all about the customer experience. Just kept saying “I’m sorry, it’s the policy”. Very disappointing that a store like Primark treats their customers like this.
