Ridiculous excuse of a store. There’s a big reason why the stores are losing customers who turn to online shopping such as Amazon for the same products.

I was just here a few minutes ago and was going to purchase about $160 worth of bath stuff for someone’s birthday present. I got to the register and the employee was helping another customer. The customer left and the cashier continued wrapping items as I stood there for another five minutes. She informed me she would be with me in a few minutes.

If she was that occupied spending her time wrapping stuff; possibly for the customer that left the store minutes prior, with no other cashier present, then there should’ve been a second person at the registers.

How is it people do not understand that a stores priority should be to help customers and get the customers out of there in a timely manner?!!!

I’m just going to Amazon to purchase these items which are available on Amazon. I should have done that from the beginning.

Great experience, really helpful staff. I don't know if it was because we shop all day and delt with all sorts of sales people and just was burned out at the end of it but me and the wife felt at ease with the associate at Pottery Barn. An we did not come to terms at 1st with what they had in stock ,she made suggestion and we were open to looking on line to making a special order ,that way we both got what we wanted..
Now that's done, thank goodness.

I returned an item and apparently they do not refund shipping fees. Even though the purchase I made was shipping “free” I’ve spent two days calling and emailing some many people from customer service . No one is helpful nor do they care to make their customers happy . Customer service is horrible

Great stuff, very chic, but extremely overpriced. I'd pay $150 for a nice wine bottle opener, saw one in here for $380! YIKES!
