Our company recently hosted our Holiday Party at Epicenter, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, the evening exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, with a great variety that pleased everyone. The event space was beautifully set up, creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere.

One of the highlights of the night was playing laser tag as a team—it was wildly fun and brought out everyone's competitive spirit. It was a perfect way to bond and let loose after a busy year.

Thank you to the Epicenter team for making our celebration so memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or experience! Highly recommended for corporate events or any special gathering.

My original review of this awesome fun center seems to have disappeared, so I’m leaving another one with the original pictures I’d taken! This is an excellent place to spend a day with the family and make some fun memories!

There is an ample amount of parking, but it does fill up quickly so the earlier you can get there the better. Handicap ramps exist at the entrance and exits, making it easily accessible for everyone.

The interior of the building consists of several soccer and basketball courts, a trampoline park, a gym, an arcade center, bowling alley/pool hall, ax throwing, smoothie bar, individual party rooms that can be rented out, and an awesome laser tag room!

After all of the fun, we usually pay a visit to the restaurant and bar. They have a nice selection of food that the family will enjoy, as well as a full bar.

The staff were all very pleasant and polite to deal with. The facility itself is always extremely clean and well kept. I highly recommend a visit!

Always lots of fun with so much to see! Arcade, bowling, laser tag, live soccer games, trampoline jumping, bar, restaurant, XD rides and a play structure for little ones. I’ve done paint nights here too, and seen a stand up comedy. They have different events going on every week and it’s exciting. I do wish the arcade wasn’t so pricey and the bowling charges didn’t change. They charge per lane now instead of per person, and that’s not including shoe rental. If you’re okay spending more, it’s a great date night and hang out!

Purchased a 30 minute jump and socks at 4:38pm. To my surprise, at 5:00pm my child told me the session was finished.
Your facility is running a scam and taking advantage of people. If you are offering jump sessions starting at 30 minute increments then that is what you should be honoring.
You mandate that a customer has to buy your socks then how do you all set high expectations. Magically, do the socks just appear on their feet. No first, they have to walk 100ft to take their shoes off and then dress their feet in the socks that have been purchased and then they finally get to start their session to jump.

Its a principle, you sell something-you should honor what you are selling. Not in this case and maybe others as well!
Ethically, its wrong and you are scamming people out of what they purchased.

In no way, did you honor 30 minutes of jump time. If I purchased this at 4:38, walked over to jump area, applied mandatory socks(wishful thinking, if total jump time was a total of 15 minutes), and then asked to exit by 5:00pm.

Unethical way to conduct business.

I took my 2-year-old to Sky Zone, expecting a fun and safe environment, only to be completely frustrated and disappointed. Adults and teenagers are allowed to play alongside toddlers—how does that make any sense? The area is spacious, sure, but the fact that a 15-year-old can be bouncing next to a 2-year-old is downright ridiculous and unsafe. I even called ahead to confirm if they had a designated area for toddlers, and the lady on the phone assured me they did. Turns out, that was a lie.

I witnessed multiple young toddlers getting overwhelmed, with their parents pulling them out because it clearly wasn't safe. At one point, I saw a teenager in the dodgeball area hit a ball at a 5-year-old girl, leaving her in tears. It was heartbreaking and infuriating to watch. How is this acceptable? The management needs to do better—much better. They should inform parents upfront that their toddlers will be playing alongside older kids and teenagers, which is completely unacceptable. What kind of thoughtless setup is this?

Indoor Soccer Review: The parking is horrendous. There are typically 5-20 cars circling the parking lot waiting for spots. Soccer matches are typically really unmatched. It is clear that competitive teams play under “rec” so each match is a toss up on who’s going to be up 10-0 and then the winning team isn’t allowed to score- Epicenter does nothing to ensure teams are evenly matched or regulated. So it’s flawed soccer for all kids. Waste of time for all involved.
