Usually don't do reviews. But I needed to share. I wish I got the girls name behind the counter and the guy who also helped me initially. But long story short I was overcharged Sunday on my card when also paying with cash. The gentleman Sunday said not to worry and I had his word it be fixed. Well the charge didn't drop so I went in today to see if it could be. The lady behind the counter had notes on paper and on my profile regarding the incident. She treated me so nice and was very friendly. Both individuals that helped me through the situation were great. I was worried I'd be out $ but they helped me and solved the issue. I just wanted to share how much I appreciate the staff and team for helping out. Just wanted to shout out the amazing people skills and customer service that was provided throughout these interactions.

We had a Great time here last night! Fun people! FUN Place, Fun product.
⭐ Great Service, Friendly & Handsome Hippies (inside joke). Hunter called himself a "long-haired hippie" 🤔
If he really is; then he is one handsome and young hippie!! (That was a real compliment) 😀
All of the starff were sweet and we got some GREAT DEALS!

Poospatuck Tobacco & Herb Center is hands down the best place around! They have an incredible selection and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are solid, the quality is unbeatable and the whole place is clean and welcoming. Shoutout to Jess and Hunter for making my experience so awesome. I hope you guys enjoyed the donuts!!! I absolutely love coming here and will never shop anywhere else! If you’re looking for the best, this is it!
