This place makes Viejas Outlet worth while for me. Seems there are less and less retailers every year. Polo has always been my go to. They have a 50% off the entire store that knocks my socks off everytime. I leave there saying, "Why, why do I continue to allow Macy's to do me so wrong?" It's almost like I forget about this secret gem of a store tucked away up here in alpine.

In any case, I have nothing but wonderful things to say. It's a great little store which I will make more of an effort to give business to.

Staff were very friendly very accommodating. The line was long(went during the holidays) but moved pretty quickly. The store was clean and tidy.

I really liked this place until last time I was there when they told me they don't take coupons anymore because they are "clearance center" now. I am still giving 4 stars because I think the people who work there are good at their jobs and very helpful. Not their fault corporate made this decision, but it was still surprising when I went to pay and couldn't use my loyalty coupons.

I've been shopping at this location for years every since Chris left the location and went to San Ysidro and Carlsbad I decided to follow him his energy and his team energy have Great Customer Service this location have been on the downfall I want to recognize 3 I mean 3 Great team players Viejas Polo Factory Mrs.Tina, Jessica G and the Male who have been there for 10 years plus I hate to say being in Management position myself this Location have Poor Management skills The Manager at the store is lack of knowledge I asked for certain items she stated we do not have that item anymore but I found numerous items that she told me wasn't available In retail we call that "LAZY" this have been on numerous occasions and in the past her Customer service was not the best some of my sailors had came back and shared with me poor service BRAVO ZULU to Carlsbad and San Ysidro Superb Management and Team Great Job on supporting The Sailors and Troops with positive attitude thanks again to Mrs. Tina and Jessica G and the 10 year plus male im assure you 3 would service the Sailors and Troops with Great Service

This was great when it was a clearance store. You could actually get some real deals. Total joke now. Dont bother with the drive all the way up here. Waste of time. How anyone thinks $50 for a polo shirt is a value is baffling. Go get alot more for your money with Calvin Klein Tommy Hilfiger Guess Express. Ect.

I called this location through the concierge service offered in the polo factory outlet emails. I was trying to take advantage of the store wide 50% off sale holiday sale. I was told to call back the next day because they were really busy and were closing soon. When I called back, I was informed by the manager that the 50% no longer applied. Not cool.

I never knew there were any Polo clearance stores. But based on the fact they have Big and Tall, it's a 4star location off the top. Staff is awesome and prices are great. You can't use your polo discounts here but you won't need too.

Went in looking for a belt. Employee said a "bulk buyer" cleaned them out. Odd that they allow this practice but I guess if the objective of an outlet store is to clear the merchandise quickly then this objective is met. The other thing about this store is it doesn't have much for my son in boys section. Anyway, no belts in a Ralph Lauren store is pretty lame.
