Let me get this right.... kid's cap ticketed price is $17.99 and the store added another tag to $19.50? This is " cheating " to customers. It's outlet store but not cheap at all!! Unbelievable.

Stopped by as I was driving through California - it was nice to see a dedicated Ralph Lauren store. I picked up a shirt and tried it on when I got back. To my surprise the sleeves were 10" too small! The exchange and processing fees ended up costing $15 which quickly erased any perceived savings.

Much more choices than Las Vegas north premium outlet, the staff were nice especially the store manager (look like a dad but I am not sure) they will try to help u get what you need.

Very poor and unprofessional service... we live in Los Angeles , a 2 hour drive from there. We asked if we can make a return in a non-outlet store and were answered YES! Guess what - a week later we've got the answer NO when trying to make a return! So not fair! So unprofessional!
