Connie was terrific! No high pressure and very knowledgeable. I bought a gold chain and she found just what I was looking for. Very helpful and the store has some very beautiful and unique rings, pendants, bracelets and earrings. There is something for all size pocketbooks. A fine jewelry store and will visit again when we are in Tahoe!

In the beginning of April my now husband and I decided to elope just the two of us. We were unable to find wedding bands locally that didn't need to be sized and would be available that day. So we decided to make the trip and find something when we arrived in South lake. We walked into Poe Rava literally 20 minutes before closing and explained to the ladies there that we were getting married that next day and needed bands. Their selection is just breathtaking. I was able to find a beautiful simple band and so did my husband. Unfortunately mine needed to be sized but the amazing staff there said she would drive it herself to the jeweler that night and it would be ready the next morning. I am more than satisfied with their customer service and will definitely be back to have my custome ring made to match my band. Thank you so much for helping make our day special.

I am so happy that we stopped in to this beautiful shop. They had a huge selection of beautiful pieces in every price range and Ava was so helpful and kind. She graciously showed us anything we asked about and had lovely suggestions, but was not overbearing at all. Ava provided the most outstanding service experience. I can't wait to go back and work with them to create my forever ring.

I purchased a beautiful necklace even though I was looking for something very specific and they didn't have what I was looking for in stock, the associate offered to ship it to me out of state - I ended up finding something very nice and in my budget to remember the first vacation I've had in 10 years. Came in the other day just a few minutes before they closed and the woman (owner I believe) helped me look for a pendant for myself. She was helpful, not pushy, and didn't seem bothered at all at the late hour. We didn't end up buying anything because I wanted to look at a few other places to get the right piece but I will definitely be back for a purchase in the future. Some seriously cool, unique pieces available for a seemingly good deal.
