My bf got me a bear with chocolate from here and the chocolate was old. It looked like chalk. They should add their candy once arrangement is sold instead of letting it sit there for months. Gross

Flowers and balloons ordered from this flower shop for birthday on Valentine’s Day. Chocolates were requested to be added instead we received Fourth of July jelly beans, huge No No. Balloon streamers didn’t color coordinate with Balloons. Definitely no effort put into it. However, flowers were beautiful but it’s littlest things that will make you not to go back.

Ordered sprays from them. During ordering process it was never indicated that the sprays we wanted came in two different sizes. We were quoted a price based upon one size apparently. Flowers were delivered day of service totally not what was expected considering we picked the sprays directly out of ordering book in the shop expecting ours to be identical, They were not. Size wise or floral. In the ordering book the spray was filled up with flowers when we received ours there was lots of moss and greenery taking the place of the flowers which was disappointing because we were told we were charged according to flowers used and there weren’t many. Overpriced and under serviced. We were beat out of our money. 18’ barely covered sprays for $350 each, disappointing for a funeral service needless to say. It would have been nice to know ALL OF OUR OPTIONS before taking our payment and having us find out the day of service..

Ordered 2 stand up hearts just wish they had explained more like what size they come in for the prices for 350.00 I expected for both to be filled with flowers instead I see big spots of the brown grass filling they weren't as big as the one shown in book were told different things when calling back lesson learned
Flowers were delivered day of service so basically I was stuck with what I got .very disappointed with size and the work on it 350 times 2 and the cheapest one at 260 looked the best. like they came in 18 inches and 24 inches but I never was offered sizes when ordering
I spent close to 1000 for 3 things one was acceptable but I'm not going to complain cause I was so trustworthy from the first time we used them with my sister

I went to plaza since they were recommended by Jay’s Chapel. I was disappointed with the standing spray flowers that I ordered for my family funeral services. The flowers were delivered on the day of the service and flowers were already dying so disappointed they should have been fresh and they looked like they were made several days before. Went several times to the cemetery and it is 6 days after the funeral service all the other sprays are holding up and still look fresh as the day they were delivered except the flowers from Plaza flowers. I would think twice about choosing your flowers from Plaza you will pay a lot more for the flowers and you be disappointed in the quality in their workmanship.

This place has tons of variety and ideas. Prices are well worth the customer service you receive. If you'd like a custom bouquet, they'll gladly take the amount and type of flowers you'd like to make it happen. I also wanted to make it a complete surprise and they happily gave me a grocery bag to hide the present. Awesome and quality service
