Great place if you want to come play yugioh. The shop may be small ,but the staff and players are all friendly and welcoming to all players of any skill levels. I personally have been coming to this store since their opening in 2015 ,and I have not been dissatisfied. Come on Fridays for Yugioh tournaments they also host Lorcana and will soon be hosting Edison.

Small spot so its really easy to pass, but every time I stopped in the guy hanging out was super helpful and friendly. Good place for single yugioh cards and such. I was a bit nervous to ask about them the first time because there wasn't much on display but it wasn't long before the employ pulled out a binder full of some pretty impressive cards for sale. They are priced well which made it hard to leave without claiming at least a few of them haha. Definitely a favorite spot of mine!

Great spot to play card games and most video games with friends, including Super Smash Bros with tournament savvy players. There is a charge to play but it's per console so it's pretty good. This is also a good place to bring a laptop and get work done. There is wifi available on a monthly fee and snacks. Of course there is a charge for these things, but I find that it is worth it and it is a business after all. They have to stay in business and I believe they do so ethically. Great environment.

The prices on cards here vary wildly. The atmosphere is SWEATY. There's no AC.

But, the customers here are nice and respectful. It's great for teens (mostly boys, with the gym locker smells in here). If you just want to hangout and play video games (there's a cheap rental system in place), or play a card game (mostly yugioh) the it's great for you. There's no entry fee for any games (unless entering a tournament) and they sell snacks here too.

This gaming & card shop has to be the most unpleasant shop in Long Beach to go to. Upon entering the shop, is a musty sweat-like odor that lingers in the main area. The shop is dirty. I took notice that they don't clean, there's layers of dust amongst the windowsills in there. The floors are filthy, the corners of the room have collected bits of trash and dust & you can tell it hasn't been mopped in a long while. I went into the restroom, & immediately ran back out. By far the worst hygiene in there. Apart from the lack of cleanliness, their service lacked consistency. I wasn't greeted or asked with any help until I approached them and asked for help.

I go here for Yu-Gi-Oh cards and supplies. I'm not that competitive so i don't join the tournament. However, the sneak preview are nice. Just wish they had better air circulation.

NOT A BOARD GAME STORE - I saw the reviews, and I knew that going in, but I just want to reiterate that you won't find board games here. I was hoping to pick up some card sleeves, as it appeared to be more of a trading card game store, but no luck.
And the smell is real. Not terrible, but maybe open the windows and air the place out.
