Great local store! Everyone that works there is always so kind and helpful! It is always fun to look through the store too, they get such a wide assortment of goods. There have been a couple of times that I haven’t been able to lift what I’ve purchased due to some weight lifting restrictions and they always help me out to my car with it and everything. Wonderful customer service! I have made several purchase and have always been incredibly satisfied with all of my items. And they have a fair return policy if it is needed. Amazing local business, I would highly recommend a visit to support them if you’ve never been! And if you follow them on Facebook they regularly post pictures of their items so you have a chance to see things right before they put it all out.

Arrived 5 minutes after Grand Opening. 50-60 people waiting to get in the door, showing me that this place will be a success. A visit inside told the same story. Met the owner, a nice fellow and wish him success.
Update 1 March 2024: bought a refrigerator at a bargain and staff was quite friendly and helpful getting it loaded. When i shop here i see items that remind me of family and friends and usually end up getting items to share with them. Rewarding.

Just bought a altec Lansing speaker literally 20 mins ago. And I finally get home to open it and I'm greeted by this a none working speaker. figured there was something wrong when screws where missing and it sounded like rocks where inside. Please let me know if this is from the factory! And if your wondering it's a few napkins 2 or 3 aa battery's and a shoe string. All kidding aside should probably check these things before you put them on the shelf. Now I get to wait until I can return it since there now closed.

Planet Overstock has an interesting collection of -- well a little bit of everything. If there is an item you need or want -- then it is terrific. If nothing hits the mark, then the store is a place to browse for a bit. I managed to find several items which had good prices. I will definitely run by occasionally to see if there are more treasures for me. Lots of parking. Personnel in the store.

I have been inside this store twice since they opened. I am very highly disappointed to be honest. Why is it they talk about these huge shipments only to hardly get anything good at this location? Oh yeah because mostly everything decent goes straight to their St. Louis stores instead. And there's really not much in there this time neither. I wouldn't buy anything electronic from them. What if it doesn't work as it should? I've seen next to nothing worth buying. So needless to say this is just another place that won't ever receive money from me. I was excited for a new business coming to Collinsville. But all this talk and nothing good came out. And plus the space they are renting has seen better days. The flooring is dirty, ragged and damaged. The ceiling is damaged. I'm assuming the owner will not put any money into much needed repairs to this space. The inside is just a huge disaster and i am surprised the city let them open.

first time in… I got recommended from a friends of my at work I had to stop by on my day off to check them out, awesome store friendly associates as well they have super cheap items so many items to choose from, even signed up for rewards/discount as well that worth it to.
