Tldr; Call ahead first or you may not get in as it seems to be an unmanned outpost of Record Man.

Went there, 3 different open signs were lit up but door was locked. Sign on door said to go in to the adjacent Record Man store for access.

Talked to the guy in Record Man, said he couldn't let me in because he was the only one there.

No other suggestion offered for access other than he can't right now.

Maybe there's good stuff in there, who knows!

I like how some of these reviews are done by either friends, current or past employees, or customers that got really lucky and where able to find a time frame to which they were able to get in the shop. Not worth your time unless you would like to show up and see they have the same “ask for assistance inside Record Man” sign to which as other people have stated of no help whatsoever and the guy inside is unsure of himself when you ask him when the shop will be open or when the next employee will come in to work behind the counter. All the guy at Record Man would rather much do is attend to his old dog that he keeps inside the store and not make any eye contact with you whatsoever.

Would've gave 5 stars (I'm a lifetime patron here) but the owners daughter scammed me. I came to trade in 7 games (usually get a decent amount of store credit), she only offered $8, the lowest I've ever gotten for that many games. When I used credit towards some good deals (they're currently clearing out space) she tried to raise the price on game which I had to remind her the original price she offered. Very greedy and unprofessional. Luckily some games were given to me for free? To top it off when she gave me my total she said "you got a great deal on a lot of games there, you're lucky". She wasn't happy that I walked out with 8 games, she didn't even say thank you or have a nice day. Petty.

Where do I even begin.... I'm not happy with this experience. I came in during business hours. The lights were off and the door locked. I waited 10 minutes, and finally someone was inside. I knocked but they didn't let me in. The guy saw me and didn't even ask me if I needed help, completely ignored. Why have a business if you're opening to customers. This is a very unfriendly and unprofessional business, please stay away!

Google says they are open but they are not at least on Sundays that’s is. No out to lunch sign no vacation sign just locked and no one there. Kinda lame I’m come back for the retro games and things I need but that’s really it. If they ran it better and made more of a effort to be there at the shop I come more often. Amazon is the most reliable bet at the moment. I’ll try and come back some other day.

Great store for current and retro needs! There's some great finds here at some great prices! The staff for the most part is nice and welcome even though they don't do cash instead of in-store credit anymore. But nevertheless if you have some DVD's or old games that need a great home this is the place to do it!

Read some reviews and from the looks of it they make fake accounts and put up these 5 star reviews but I can assure you it is not.
Tried calling during business hours yesterday and today so many times but no answer. Went to the store anyway and it had 3 open signs but there was clearly nobody there. I wouldn’t be surprised if this store shuts down soon. I just don’t sense any care from the business owners behalf.

Outstanding CD, vinyl record and retro video game store. Been here twice now and I've always left with something worthwhile. If you need a game from the PS2 era but don't want to wait or deal with eBay shipping, I'd check these guys out first.
