Only giving lesser stars because of the owner’s attitude.
Extremely Rude and unpleasant.
Very vocal and obnoxious demure.
Let with a very bad taste and spoilt our experience of Pismo.
They do have beautiful garden decor and supplies. Lovely fountains and statues too.
If one can handle bad service and rude attitude then please do visit this place as it’s a gardeners wonderland.

The owner and his son gave me such excellent advise and service. Showed me exactly what product I needed for my jobs. They even loaded the car for me. You don't often find that level of customer service. I love browsing through the store as they have such unique gifts and garden items in addition to the hardware necessities. Thank you Bob and Matthew for your kindness!

6/15/2021Just came here for the first time after moving to Pismo. After entering theout side area to purchase a fountain I was approached by an employee and asked to carry my dog while shopping... My dog is a 14 lb service animal with a service vest on!!! Needless to say I left. I called them from the parking lot to let them know and they were dumbfounded! Never ever will I step foot in there again. Management train your employees on service animals.
