I am so sorry to say that we felt unwelcome… Manpreet helped us and she looked irritated and checking her watch … there were many girls available to help us, but she approached us first when we entered. I feel bad because it was my partner’s present and we stayed there maybe 10 min and we spent 200$ … the experience was ruined by the customer service.
She might be a manager or not, I don’t know. Just don’t be there if you don’t want to help people. Or take classes for customer service. Pretend like we all do in our jobs.
Anyways, we had to say something, we couldn’t leave it like this without leaving a review of our experience.

I will never shop at this place again. I went into the store to buy something for one of my family members. My card was declined, but it showed that it was paid. The girl start an argument with me about how my card was declined, when I clearly showed her that it was approved on my end this is how they in rob money from people I would definitely stay away. Even after showing them all of my documentation they are still not trying to give me back my money so now I’m going to be forced to take them to court over $104.83. I definitely would not shop at this place they give you the runaround from the district manager.

Those ladies treat me very very well. I never walk in not ready to buy anything or ask for too many smelling strips. Sometimes they get rude customers who expect red carpet treatment. Not me. They have a good variety and even sometimes will have a niche brand rare one hiding in the designers on their racks.
These people are providing a service with everything going on and the door wide open.

Oh my goodness.. I didn't know that I like perfume so much.. after waking into Perfumania I can stop thinking about going back!!
I literally went in to buy a tiny refillable bottle for $10, and left out of there having spent almost $200..
I love it and hate it all at the same time..
