Very cute selection of clothes and accessories for kids. Very European, which drew me in. However I don't think I'll return to this shop. The owner is a sweet lady, but lacks experience in sales, customer service and clienteling. Because of inexperience she comes off as pushy and overwhelming. She presents too many options without listening to client's needs. I had to repeat myself multiple times about what I was looking for and the whole interaction was uncomfortable. I wish I was left alone for at least few minutes to view everything and consider my options. She also didn't know how to use the register. Printing a gift receipt was challenging and at the end she gave up and suggested for my friend(who the gift was for) to mention het name for an exchange. Also, nowhere on the receipt or at the store refund/exchange policy is written. Which is a CA law to have it visible at the register. The gift wrapping looked like a 5yr old did it. I had to come home and redo. For the price point this boutique sells items for, this should be an elevated experience from walking in to out. I've managed luxury designer boutiques and this boutique has a lot of work to do.I hope the owner won't take this review personal, but rather will see it as a suggestion on how to develop her business.
