It’s the holiday season it can be hectic but hey what do you expect?! Don’t like waiting maybe shop ahead of time and avoid the chaotic Christmas season... anyways.. Ariana was the one who helped my husband and I and she was AMAZING! She was super helpful and tried her best to please everyone in line and she got the job DONE! Excellent customer service quick and easy! We were in line and yet She was able to help us get TWO BRACELETS without the need of going inside the actual store. We were in and in out the mall within 20 minutes! Will be coming back again! Thank you Ariana!

This was the worst experience I have ever gotten in a store. First they make me get on a waitlist for a PICKUP. A pick up that” ready” and paid for. Waited almost 20 minutes just for them to tell me they can’t give out pick ups because the system was down. They tell me I will get a refund in 2 days and that I would have to purchase the item AGAIN in store. Ok whatever I’ll just purchase it
They tell me they don’t have the size or color at this location like are you joking? The WORST customer service I have ever gotten. Would not recommend coming here again to anyone unless you want to waste your time

Went in to exchange a charm bracelet for a larger size. My wife and I waited at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for an employee to be free to help only to be told they need to help another customer first. That customer had got there after us. Many people were being helped that arrived after us while we stood at the counter for over 20 minutes. Amazon got our business instead.

Was trying to get help replacing a tennis bracelet within it's warranty as one of the gems had fallen out... there was nobody else in line on black friday, but the girl with short curly hair and Andrea (Hispanic, about 5'8 if I got her name wrong) wouldn't stop chatting with each other and giggling IN FRONT of me. I didn't get helped for about 5 minutes. They barely even tried to listen to my mother and I (she has a strong accent and I was trying to explain what had happened and ask the girls how could they help us). The Hispanic girl (about 5'3) was sweet and at least tried to help.
