I understand the crowds around Christmas time are crazy but I really wish there was more organization! Maybe having people put their phone numbers down and text them when their turn has come would work? I waited in the line, then in the store for about an hour, just for my time to come and the item I wanted to not be in the store. So it just felt like a waste of time due to unorganization.

if you are looking for a place to waste a lot of time, money and nerves, please, after payment you can be sent to hell, I have been solving my issue for 35 days, I bought online on December 22, on the 27th the store cancelled and I did not receive my parcel, but no one returned my money to me!!!!!! today is already January 28th I am still trying to get my money, people do not be so stupid to buy something here, no one from the support team will help you, I highly don’t recommend this place

I came excited to get a bracelet engraved and was given an iPad to do it on my own, without anyone walking me through all the editing options. The associate, Kelly, just handed it to me and went straight to help another customer, which I understand, but it was so frustrating. The engraving came out with tiny letters, that you couldn’t read and I wasn’t aware I could adjust the size. First-time customers should be guided on how to edit and use the device beforehand. When I told Kelly the engraving didn’t look good and that she should’ve walked me through the process, she said there was nothing she could do about it. Overall, it was not a good experience and left super dissatisfied.

Wow! I never thought I’d be writing a review for a women’s jewelry store, but here we are!!

What an amazing experience today shopping at this unique Jewelry store. This is my first time ever walking into Pandora, I was greeted by a manager (Art) who was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient.

I didn’t have a clue what I was looking for and he made the entire shopping experience so easy!

Art’s service was so excellent, I decided to make an appointment to come back with my sister and mom to shop!

10/10 customer service, knowledge and overall experience.

I purchased and item that was too big for me the staff was very unhelpful i wanted to exchange to a smaller size but according to the system my purchase doesn’t exist for 24hrs. Which makes no sense. I will never be purchasing here again especially when u can buy similar quality items online for a much better experience. You guys definitely lost a customer here. Fix ur system this is horrible for customer experience
Update *** so i called the number and they were absolutely NO HELP!!
Said the system only needed a few minutes to show my purchase ** not the 24hrs the store said they needed before any exchanges can be made. I will never be purchasing from u guys again!! Horrible customer service all around! No i do not want ypur 25% off coupon SMH! NEVER AGAIN 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Such an amazing experience - will be coming back for future Pandora purchases. My girlfriend had a really bad experience at the Pandora in Northridge, so I came to this one and they took care of me and earned a repeat customer! Art was super friendly and helpful as well as his (I think) manager/coworker. The general manager (I forgot her name - I assume she was the general manager) was obviously trained in customer service or is just naturally great at it! Left very happy and will return 🙂

The best customer service experience. MJ helped me out as well as my friend when we visited. I've visited other pandora stores and was very impressed with this one. They have a great selection and show great care for the customers. MJ was the sweetest and also helped me again on the phone locating an item. I highly recommend this Pandora location!
