I travelled 3 hours to pick up my 2024 Honda Recon. Most of this transaction was online and over the phone with Everett. I will highly recommend Owen Motor Sports! From the first time I called to see if they had the bike I wanted, to driving 3 hours to pick it up. Payton was knowledgeable, clear, and honest with me about everything. Chris had all of the paperwork ready, knowing that I was on a time restriction. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience to buy my first motorcycle at 44 years old!

EDITED: Joe the sales manager reached out to us within an hour of the original posted review. He made everything right! I would do business here again with him. He resolved the problem and followed up/communicated what he was going to do, and gave a time frame on when he would call back. He cared about our experience and recovered our business. I actually sent this directly to them and once again never got followed up on. Gave them the opportunity to do the right thing and they didn’t. So here is my honest review!
Communication sucked. Follow up was abhorrent. Nothing like spending over 20K on a sxs to have a tear in the seat. Everett's been looking into that for us since January, it’s March! Owen's motor sports famous line "I'll get back to you" then never hearing from them again. 0/5 stars. You know what's makes a business great. Communication and following up on your word. We received neither

Everyone was very nice and polite, even let me test drive which sounds crazy but a lot of places won’t allow it. Noticed steering wheel was crooked and they fixed it right then and there. Well worth the 2.5 hour drive.
