What an amazing outlet mall in the middle of farmlands! The stores brand names have some really great prices that cannot be beat and some of the best trendy selections.. This place was like brand new super clean thanks to some of the cleaning crew especially LaTonya she did such an amazing job. Also, the gallery Bird Dog Arts is a must see Local Artists Museum and the owner has this cute little cat named Turkey. If you want somewhere new to try this is a must place to visit. Right near the Grapevine on the 5 and in the middle of California. Right now there are doing a lot of construction so no food court yet, but can’t wait to see what they got in store! I’m sorry I don’t have many variety of pictures everyone…🥸😎🥸

This place is big! So you will need very comfy shoes and a lot of patience.

They have almost everything you'll need for personal us or for gifts. From 50% - 70% off on some items. From bags, to shoes, to shirts, and even kitchenware.

There are clean restrooms around the outlet. And they have a few food places you can get a bite at, from a food truck parked by the entrance, to Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, and Subway.

Overall, I would highly recommend visiting this place for some affordable finds and bundle promo stuff.

Came from Fresno and making our way to LA, we stop by here to get some stretch and rest. It’s a unique outlet the way the store is presented. The mall isn’t as big as the other outlet. However, it has all the store that you may need and want to visit. We came here at a weekday afternoon and it was quite empty and there’s a few good deals to be found at the time. I suggest to visit this if you have time or it’s part on your way to be somewhere.

Decent variety of shops. My review here is to inform others of the restrooms. Restrooms are located by Forever 21 side. They are awful. Bloody toilet paper on the floor. Floors stained with whatever nasty residue had spilled long ago and hadn’t been mopped up in a while.

Please ladies, clean up after yourselves. And if you’re on your period, make sure the toilet paper you wiped with gets into the toilet bowl. Shame on you.

However, the mall does fall short when it comes to restroom cleanliness, an area that could use some attention. Additionally, the layout is quite spread out, requiring a good amount of walking to get from one end to the other. Conveniently, it also includes a supercharging station for electric vehicles, making it a practical stop for more than just shopping. Overall, a solid 4/5 experience.

There's a Car Show at the parking lot and that was fun. First time seeing this much Tesla Charger. I love shopping here. Nice stuff and great deals. Also have Clean Restroom but the Food Court was closed and there's only Tony's Pizza and Subway. Wish they have more Restaurant.
