I bought the Big Wheel for my daughter for Christmas. The website said 3 day shipping. It did not make it in time for Christmas. I didn't receive it until January. At that point, I tried on a few occasions to return it for a refund. Customer Service stop responding to me when I started asking for a FED EX return slip and refund. It came to be in a big brown box, with no packing for protection. It looked like the pieces had been removed from the original box taken apart from the packaging, and thrown back in a no named, no labeled brown box. I spent $186.50 for a product that looks second hand. When trying to assemble it, we were missing a piece that allows the steering wheel to turn. My husband did the best he could to fix it so we could give it to our daughter for her April birthday. Since I was unable to return it, I thought she might as well have it.....although it will not steer. Fully disappointed with the customer service. Fully disappointed with the product.
