I recently visited Optimus Toys at Victoria Gardens for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! I had never noticed the store before, but it's a real gem. The store itself is well-organized, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Optimus Toys feels like a gateway to discovering endless fun. They offer a wide range of toys, from board games and puzzles to science kits, action figures, school supplies, and baby dolls. I especially loved the variety, which includes Japanese Anime merchandise and other novelty items for kids of all ages.

Their prices are average priced, and the selection spans both the latest popular toys and old-time classics. You’ll find all your favorite brands like Hello Kitty, Lego, Funko, Hot Wheels, and more. They also offer some great sales! If you’re shopping for a specific toy or just browsing, Optimus Toys is a fantastic stop for anyone. Definitely recommend you pay them a visit !

I absolutely love visiting this toy store! They have an incredible variety of toys, including some fantastic novelty items. I was thrilled to find Coraline figurines and plushies, which are quite rare. You can easily spend a lot of time exploring all the unique and fun toys they have in stock. The customer service is consistently nice and helpful, adding to the positive shopping experience. The store is always clean and well-organized, making it a joy to browse. It's always a great experience coming here!

A $40 plushie was priced over $100. Stay away from here unless you're fine paying 2x over the actual selling value.

First time customer. Absolutely loved this place. Lots of reviewers saying prices are too high or that they were racially profiled. I found that the prices for what I wanted were retail. I guess too many people are used to buying toys at one of those dollar stores. I am Hispanic and was treated very well. They were extremely nice to me. Next time I visit Rancho Cucamonga I am definitely shopping here again.

They relocated but still in Victoria Gardens. It's just on another street. It's bigger and wider now with so many famous toys choices. It's still expensive, though ?

Toys! This is a very small, very crowded toy and collectibles store. Walked in here in a Saturday afternoon and had to constantly go around stands to avoid running into people, and still I only saw half the store. There's a ton of POP!s, Hello Kitty, and Dragonball Z. I liked the store and found a few things for my toddler but the next time I'll go will definitely be on a week day.

I was in this toy store with two family members searching for a birthday gift and felt absolutely uncomfortable. I had to keep reminding myself that I was in a toy store because the three associates were circling the three of us like crazy. First, the layout of the displays were so crammed that you have to move strategically in order to shop. Second, there's just too much inventory for this location. Third, after seeing so many cameras, I gathered they have had some issues in the past. The merchandise is over-priced, but that's to be expected due to its location. Would I ship here again? No. A word for those 3 associates working that day, don't follow your customers around the store, it creeps them out. Also, upgrade your security system to protect the merchandise, in the long run it might help your business. Ijs

So many cool toys! My son is obsessed with Mario and they had so many ither old school and some import toys I had not seen in any other stores. Easily blew$100..Will definitely come back again. Such a rare gem!
