The store was very well organized , the staff not so great they sat around and talked while people waited in line and not only that but I took three bins of clothes and was told it would be a few hours before they decided which items they wanted to purchase long story short four hours later I went back and was told they would only buy a few items ( which is fine ) but they didn’t even bother looking past the surface of just one bin . Everything was the same as when I dropped it off. I was told they would look through all bins since It’s first come first serve . That wasn’t the case what a waste of time and a 45 minute drive only to receive $37

I used to love this place, but it has really gone downhill in the last couple of months. Every-time I go in it is a group of young girls working. The items used to be lightly used, now I can hardly find any items in good condition. Which is odd because anytime I take clothes in that are name brand and maybe worn once or twice they take 3 or 4 items. It seems they aren’t even going through my clothes as a lot of the pieces are a set (that are folded together) and they take the pants or shirt and not the whole set. When I noticed they were taking pants that were apart of a set the girl said she’d take the shirt but that it wouldn’t add any money to my order (which makes no sense if you’re taking a whole other article of clothing from me at no cost?). The girl was very rude to me and also told me that I’m not allowed to take any items out of the buy bin to inspect as it messes up the order? I will not be returning to this store any longer.

It’s a hit or miss with this store but honestly it’s not worth coming here. The staff are rude and bitter. They all have mean mugging look no matter how nice you talk to them. I brought the clothes to sell and waited 2 hours to come pick it up and they didn’t accept anything and there was a lot of clothes in good condition! Like at this point I rather just donate the clothes to goodwill or selling app. Throw these mean staff away and hiring some new people

I went in recently to see what I could get for my items, wasn’t aware they don’t take bedding such as blankets for kids and stuffed animals because online it doesn’t say that at all. Waited outside for the store to open, the store manager seen me outside in the cold and didn’t say anything about not being able to take those items until I came inside with my four bins everything was organized, neat and clean. He then only took the one bin, I came back an hour later and they went through everything left the bin I brought a mess and only took some items because they didn’t “need” the rest. $20 wasn’t really worth driving from Vallejo to feel like he wanted to embarrass me in front of the other customers waiting to be helped after me.

I don't understand why they carry some clothes that are well over used/ stained but won't take in clothes that are either new or worn 1 time. I shop here sometimes and I know that they rarely have quality clothes. You have to really look hard. Not wasting time to bring clothes anymore. Savers is better.

They are rude. Never greeted when I walked in. They only accept clothes that are in a “cardboard box or reusable bag?” The larger lady with glasses who appears to be the manager does not display any leadership skills. Her negative demeanor and attitude rubs off on her employees and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for costumers. Will not be going back.

Complete waste of time don’t even bother. I brought in some baby clothes all sizes 0-3 m or 3m, a bunch of “swaddle me” brand swaddles, baby shoes etc. they let me know before hand that anything 24m or bigger they tend to take more off, okay no biggie , the lady told me that they will look through and take whatever they thing will sell at the store. Told me they’d text me when finished.
The first thing I noticed was a mid 30s girl employee with blonde hair standing right at the front of the store. As I’m walking into the store she doesn’t offer to help or even hold a door open for me while i have a car seat on one side of me and bin on the other side of me trying to fit and hold the door for myself. Kind of rude but whatever. So I wait and come back about a hour later because I never received the text from them saying it was done. Out of all the nice clothes I brought I mean I’m really good condition maybe wore once I got way too much clothes for my baby shower. The lady ONLY took what was brand new which was only a few items. On top of that when I went back in nobody greets you it seems like they hate their job. So not only did they only give $15 and didn’t even seem like they bothered to look through my bin only took the brand new stuff on top. Again I had no help not even a door held for me as I struggled to take the bin I spent all day putting together on one hip and my daughter in her care seat on the other. Never again.

I found excellent prices and excellent brand name clothes for my 9-month-old grandson. The toy selection was a bit limited but that's okay, I really went for the clothes! The ladies behind the counter were extremely helpful and very nice. I will definitely be coming back! My daughter-in-law fell over when she saw how many clothes I bought for $100 she could not believe the quality. I'm sure they are picky about what clothes they buy from the public because they do not put out garbage. The clothes were amazing and I appreciate that.
