If you’re trying to sell, they barely take anything even if it’s in good condition. If you put something on hold while doing a sale they will sell the item before you come back. You can get some good deals but at the same time they price stuff as the same price as target.

First time selling clothes here and they took mostly everything. Staff was super nice and explained the process thoroughly. I was very pleased with the amount I got for the clothes and what I bought. They have a lot of options and I love that they post on Instagram to keep everyone updated with what they have. I just wish I lived closer to this store! Definitely will be coming back, it’s worth the drive.

I probably got around 30 outfits for a friend's newborn and a ton of accessories. I saved probably close to $600!!! They have about everything you need and the used condition is like new. DONT spend $$$ at the big brand stores. Stop here first!!!! Friendly helpful staff!!!

I came here based on the reviews and advertisement posted outside for 70% off and great deals apparently. But everything in the store is priced near retail. And anything that is new in box is retail price. So I don’t see where the good deals are at all. Was my first time here, and was greatly disappointed and will not be coming back. Prices are absurd. Whoever is doing the pricing needs to get their stuff together. They have a bunch of Lego sets all brand new in the box and they are selling them for literally the same price that you can buy them for from the Lego website. Why would I buy them from here for full price if I can still buy it from Lego and still get the points from Lego? Owner/whoever is doing pricing is sick in the head.

Decent prices on most items. Good place to trade in your children's gently used items. Use to pay out better before but now it seems that they pay out is way low. Took in a $200 item and only got offered about $25 for it and then they turned around and put it on the sales floor for a little under $100. Seemed unfair. I get they have to make a profit too but they could have given me double of what they gave me and still made double of what they bought it for. And has happened a few other times.Other than that it's been a good experience. All the ladies that work there are very nice and always helpful. Great customer service. Would recommend it to anyone.

I had a very bad experience in this store because I wanted to buy some shoes and it turns out that the one they had on display was not found. The other one they told me that they would look for it later and they called me, which they never called me or anything. But those employees had very bad service. The truth is that I will not return to this store.

My experience selling at Once Upon A Child last week was great 😊 The staff was super nice and I received a text message letting me know my buy was done which was great because I didn’t have to wait around wondering when it would be done. The offer was fair considering all I had to do was drop off a box and then pick up my money! No hassle and excellent customer service! Thank you!!!!

Learned about this place last year and I was very excited because I had a lot of babies stuff that Goodwill wasn’t taking. I usually give them to family/friends but eventually that wasn’t an option for me to use anymore.
So learning about this place was a great alternative and happy to get a couple bucks for them.

Fyi, they do pick through the items you bring to the store so don’t expect that they’ll buy every item you brought. My last 2 visits, they’ve been way more busier than my previous trips, so they’ll have you fill up a form and call you once they get through with it. But you’ll hear back from them before the day ends.
