I went here to get rid of clothes gently used they have all these policies on how you bring in the clothes which I did , they offer you the lowest amount of money for name brand clothes. I even brought in a never used pajama set still with the price tag and all and they still don’t give you moneys worth it’s crazy to top it off the ladies in there are extremely rude not professional. Or welcoming the lady with the big lashes and short hair and dirty looking face doesn’t belong there neither does the bigger lady with long hair they all have attitude except one of them with glasses and tattoos I wish I got her name she was a sweetheart. Definitely don’t recommend if you want to sell here or even shop. Will not be coming back. The general manager needs to do better when hiring workers who make it obvious they don’t want to be there. Extremely disappointed. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

I had an awesome time at Once Upon a Child! The store is so clean and organized which makes shopping a breeze and super fun compared to other thrift shop experiences. They have good quality items at prices that won’t break the bank.

Also, selling my kid's clothes and toys went super smooth. They checked everything in the time they said it would take and gave fair prices and explained why some items had to be returned to me which gives me a better idea of how to prepare for my next trip back. Although the payout isn’t huge, it's definitely fair, considering it’s a business, but the amazing deals totally make up for it. 💸

I’ve been coming here for many years, both buying and selling clothes and equipment. I’m disappointed at how there are no longer restrooms for the public. If you bring your young kids, and there is a sudden need, you are directed to go to Target. I think that’s pretty sad that a store dedicated to children and babies does not offer a changing table or restroom for them. It directly affected my ability to stay a long time at the store. I used to stay over 30-40 mins and taking my time and buying bags and bags. You know that if you take your kids to the restroom even before going to a store, they might still have to go again in 15 or 30 minutes (especially if they’re potty training)? It’s just not a hospitable change to an average parent who will have children in tow.

Love this store! Great selection of clothes and other items as well. I’ve come a couple of times now and the girls there are all so friendly and helpful. Really makes me feel good knowing I can get a good price on some clothes for my little one.

The pay out is whatever ($3 for brand new with tags Gap Jeans size 14), so it's an okay way to clear out what you'd donate anyways. However, the items were returned to me in ABYSMAL shape. I placed everything in neat piles by size and different bins for gender when I brought it to the store. Everything was returned crumpled (seriously some items were balled up and shoved in corners), hairbows and bands that had been in a ziploc were strewn about a bin with the ziploc missing, all sizes and genders mixed about, brand new with tags white items had shoes that had been in a separate bin/box on them causing dirty streaks so now they were unusable since I planned to donate them. I don't think I would recommend this to people unless it was a last resort solely because of how poorly the things were returned. And the till worker when I picked up chastised me for flipping items over to see what they were purchasing from me, so it seem a little rich to me.

They have a ton of clothes. Very clean and organized store. Very busy when i went. Was hoping to get more for what I sold to them. But it is what it is. Seems like they only give about a dollar per item. I took all new with tags, and still got 30 bucks for 28 items that I took. Oh well. Better than keeping things in storage.

I give this store 3.5 stars. Clean store with variety of items. Quality of clothing was good and prices are okay. They buy back clean items at low rates. If you're willing to make the Drive to Norco, Little Bitty's Boutique has a smaller selection with great quality, competitive prices, and awesome customer service.

Went looking for a hip carrier and found two I could not decide on. I asked the lady working register whose name on the receipt is AMO if I could do a return if I did not like one of them and she said Yes. Fast forward to now, I walked in asking for a refund just for them to tell me they don't do refunds since it's considered "equipment". We'll safe to say I won't shop here again and won't be able to get back $60 on the one item I don't like and the gas wasted to drive.
