This store plays fraud and they know how to cheat customers. I been waiting for owner to call back and they never did. Their staff Cynthia and Tiffany are very rude and condescending to customers. They will wrongly price your items and will skip many items when it comes to selling. Customers, BE AWARE!!! ... They exercise very unethical practise.

I bought a baby jumper and wanted to return it within a week as my baby didn’t like to use it.
I have the receipt ‘s picture in my phone and the tag is also availability on the item.
They refused to accept the return saying that it’s not as per their rules to processed based on picture receipts.
Please change your rules picture receipt should be ok.

Horrible! Bought PJ’s for my grandson and didn’t realize until I got them home that they had a big hole in them. There policy is no returns after 7 days. Explained to the manager that I don’t live here. It’s not like I changed my mine……..they had a big whole which the manager said should have been caught before they were put out for sale and should have been caught when I paid for them. Still no wavering…….Still wouldn’t exchange them. Be aware of the policy and that they don’t check things very well. Not going back!

Drove all the way to Elk Grove from West Sacramento to shop. 8 months pregnant refused the restroom because people kept stealing toilet paper I guess? Had to leave because I couldn’t wait with a baby sitting on my bladder. Didn’t get to shop. So disappointed and frustrated. Use to shop here years ago with my older 2. Won’t be back to this location. Hopefully I can make it to Citrus Heights or Roseville another day! Going down the street to Carter’s to potty and do some shopping instead!

Called prior to coming, had a lot of new items they didnt take any, had three totes full to the top name brands a lot of them and once again the girl said light items we are only accepting. I would expect brand new things you would take first and name brand. Wasted my time coming here very rude. Also told not accepting baby then out two basked full of shoes and most of them with tags. She takes the baby girl shoes. I chose to items for my girls to exchange. Still had to pay money because she forgot I had asked her. Never again. Id rather waste my time and put a yard sale outside.

(Update) Thank you for apologizing, but it was missing the cords and the breast pump machine is brand new (which wasn’t mentioned in the phone call that it needed to have all the parts but I did say the machine was new over the phone) Again it was mentioned on the phone call to see if i could sell maternity clothes which the store said yes but it was also a lie when I got there. You mentioned about the condition of the items and I understand that product condition is important but it saddens me to see that toys were scattered and not organized and some clothing were really worn out to me. I hope the store can have some better quality items in the future/ I hope for better communication on the store behalf to future customers.

I’ve sold and bought clothes at this location I want to say 3 times now. The first time was great! Staff bought a ton of items off of me and I was able to buy more from the store. The second time they told me they were too booked and to come back the next day, bummer. So I went back a couple of days later and they bought a couple of things. After reading the reviews (and responses) from other stores, I feel like this location is the most respectable and professional location. I think the employees do their best with what their given and it isn’t their fault if people bring in bad clothing. I’ve noticed they’re pretty active on social media too which is nice. Just my personal opinion.
