Wouldn't step foot in this establishment again.. I visited in 2018 or 2019. My first time visiting sacramento and someone recommended to check out this shop. Was wanting to look around it more for possible purchase but was immediately put off and left after my encounter....cashier guy seemed like a snob...Looked me up and down like i was beneath him when I asked him a question for something i was wanting. I didnt ask him rudely but clearly the man was in his feelings Or having a bad day? Not sure but he gave me some nasty attitude. Needs to work on customer service skills... If he was the owner of the shop,Yikes!!😬

The guy was so close to us and would not keep his distance and he was acting like we were going to steal something when we were literally on a field trip. I was first at the cash register and he kept skipping over me and ringing up everybody else. he even joked about it when it was finally my turn and said, "First one here, last one to pay." He was really rude and condescending and I;m not gonna let no old man talk to me like I'm some little boy.

Horrible customer service. The male behind the counter was extremely rude and condescending when asked about different souvenirs. I took my money and left. Will never come back and will never recommend to friends visiting. It is overpriced already so the attitude was unwarranted.
