The people working the registers are constantly trying to sell credit cards while the line piles up and don’t even try and accommodate the line. Has happened on multiple occasions at this locations. Very frustrating!!!

Today I was doing my shopping for baby girl in the store and at checkout… interesting story is happened! My baby 1 year old baby took some candy box , I even didn’t see it , and of course like all babies put it in her mouth . I was in rush and like every mom with a lot of crazy things in mind , mother can understand me lol just put this candy box in the side and a lady at checkout in aggressive way almost yell at me “ what you doing ? It was in your baby mouth! It’s disgusting… I apologise for this and told her that I will buy it , it’s my fault! But after she told me again “ it’s so disgusting, there's drool all over the box! And start to shake her head … I even can’t describe how she was acting ! with such hostility! Ig you hate kids , please don’t work in store with kids selection

I was excited to get some new things for my kids and myself today and had the worst experience! No greet, No help, No acknowledgement. Waited in the fitting rooms for help forever. Lead Christine /Christina was so incredibly rude. I asked her to look up a previous transaction of mine on my gap credit card so that I could buy more jeans for my daughters in their correct sizes and she flat out said we don't do that. She seems like she's tired of working there or just dislikes her job! Spent $400.00. I just bought shares last night because I know Gap has a new President and I love the Brand and want to support it. What happened to customer service and a genuine fun vibe in your stores?

My overall my visit was great there was barely anyone there.I went to do a return and picked up a few things. The store had clear signage around what they require for your protection as well as hand sanitizer throughout the store for personal use. They also have limited capacity on how many shoppers are allowed in the store which is great to know.

This place was amazing - so many colors and styles to choose from. There were gorgeous prints, and sumptuous colors that I hadn't seen anywhere else. The owner spent a lot of time helping me find the right styles and colors, and was honest in her opinions. Definitely my new favorite swimsuit (Old Navy) place.

I enjoy the men's department. I like the design of a lot of their clothing. They offer good deals when you buy more than one item. However, if you need a chair to sit down on while there you won't find any which I find very perplexing and odd.
