Hubby and I went to this Office Max to inquire about printing 3 copies of a 104-page booklet. Monica was gracious and patient in the way she assisted us in getting a quote for the book. Multitasker that she seems to be, she was also trying to help another customer get his material printed. The quote was a bit expensive - $200 plus for the 3 copies, coil binding, full color and regular paper for cover and inside pages. My little issue here is for such an expensive cost, the cover should be at least a thicker paper, not regular. I’m thankful, though, for the assistance I received. Thank you, Monica! This is also a Fedex site. At this time, there is a clearance sale on some items.

I was there on September 27th at 10:00 AM. Terrible service from the two ladies who attended me; it’s clear they don’t want to work. I kindly asked them a question, and they didn’t respond in the best way. I said thank you, and they didn’t respond. The store looks very nice, it's big, and it has very good products, but the service is awful

The “updates” to the self printing machines forcing you to guess what your preauthorized amount will be and then not allowing you to add more or otherwise increase the amount makes an already slow process take double the amount of time.

I travel extensively for work and will have to rethink where I go for on the fly printing.

Customer service needs to be improved. I called for a quote and assistance with placing an order online. The customer rep said to follow instructions online. I requested if someone could walk me through the process since the specific ítem needed was not shown. She said she could help after assisting in-person customer. I was on hold 10 min to be hungry up on. I called back twice and was hungry up on again. Management and owners need to take a closer look at staff members qualifications and train if needed.

I placed a same day print order at 7am. It was supposed to be ready for pickup at 630pm. The store manager calls me at 3:19pm and says he does not have the size I need in stock. I ordered this at 7AM!!! You couldn’t call me earlier so I could try to get it somewhere else? Then I call to complain and get the same non-chalant attitude. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I only ordered from the Vallejo because it’s closer to my house than Staples. I will not that mistake again and advise everyone else not to either. Shame on you Mel for your awful customer service skills.
