Great toy shop. Tons of stuff to look at, all sorts of plushies, models, sensory toys and various board games. Everything was moderately priced and the entire store was immaculately clean. They had an area where kids could play with some of the open trains and even had a working Air Tunnel. I would highly recommend anyone looking for some fun window shopping to check this place out. Super unique and lots of fun.

This store never lets me down. This is the place I always go when I need a gift for my kids or another child, but don’t know what to get. The huge selection and unique variety of fairly priced items I can’t find elsewhere keep me coming back! This shop is simply the best!

Love this store! Have been a customer at the Kent store for years and am thrilled with this new location. Staff had me laughing and improved my mood for the day. I love a store that I can go to for gifts for young children, teens, nieces and nephews in college AND myself! I use all kinds of their Giant Microbe plushies (see photo) with the kids on my counseling caseload.

My kids were so excited to check out Off the Wagon and wanted to spend some of their gift money. I was also excited as my husband and I prefer to support and shop local. Unfortunately, the employees of the store made us feel quite unwelcome. While I reiterated my kids not touch anything, holding a plastic wrapped boxed item for purchase I felt was ok. The employees disagreed and told both of my sons to put the items back if they were not ready to purchase. One of the employees mentioned to her colleague “After they break 10 things, I’m done with being nice” (in regards to the customers/kids in the store). I am highly disappointed with the experience we had as a family today. Perhaps the owner, Michelle, should either speak with her employees about their attitudes towards patrons OR open a store not geared towards kids when touching items is both discouraged and frowned upon.

Love this place! Went for the first time recently and realized it is so much more than a toy store! They have so many amazing puzzles, socks, crafts, and, of course, toys! Things were very reasonably priced as well. I got a 500 piece puzzle for 15.99! This is a great place for gift for people of all ages, yourself included. 10/10, definitely check it out!
