Great spot! Brought my mom and sister here and the people there were very knowledgeable as my mom had a lot of question and they were all answered. Manager is dope too came out and talked to us, made sure we were taken care off.

I have been a loyal customer of your establishment for quite some time and have always received excellent customer service — until my visit today. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant encounter with one of your employees, Ashley, which left me feeling uncomfortable and deeply disappointed.

Ashley was extremely rude during my interaction with her, which is completely out of line with the level of service I’ve come to expect from your business. Her behavior was unprofessional and made me feel so uncomfortable that I am considering no longer visiting your shop in the future.

I strongly believe in supporting businesses that value and respect their customers, and I am sharing this experience in the hopes that you will address the issue. I would love to continue being a loyal customer, but this experience has left a lasting negative impression.
