I went to get prescription glasses frame replacement as it broke after years of service (I'd just keep replacing the lenses). Well, I didn't realize that lens shape even with the same size frame still usually doesn't fit. The optician found the same size frame that she was able to shape my lenses into after some work. Went above and beyond doing this as my prescription was not very old, so I had newer lenses. I always buy Oakley frames for my glasses.

Wow, Keith and his co-worker at this location provided so much information on sport sunglasses and helped me to choose the right product for hiking and biking. They really took the time to go above and beyond. I noticed they greeted all customers who walked in the door, offered assistance even though they were still busy with me. I have to say I've never seen such wonderful customer service compared to other stores. I went to this location twice, they were always very friendly and patient.

The store manager Kiet is absolutely the best! I got to try on many different snow goggles and he really went above and beyond to look for stocks in the back to get me the best one. I got such a great deal on the snow helmet (sold out on their website) and goggles. He is so informative, helpful and pleasant. I drove here all the way from the city and I would definitely come back.
