I loved this store! They had a variety of trinkets, gift items , souvenirs and so many other quirky items along with a vintage section! They had an entire dedicated only to scrapbooks!! We really enjoyed spending time here and speaking to the owner who has been running the show here since 90's!

Cute store! When you check out make sure you are being charged the correct prices. She charged us 2.99 for each bookmark when two of them were different prices. Prices were 2.99, 1.99 and 2.95. Such a small amount in price change but she could have told me before charging me. Found out later that day when I got back to our Airbnb.
And you shouldn’t really be asking your customers to tell you their card pins. You should probably move your card reader closer to your cash register with a longer phone line or device cord.
Besides that this place had lots of awesome items to buy. So many things that I wished I could buy but sadly was on a strict budget. Wish I could have afforded some of the antique books but sadly could not afford on this trip. Maybe next time.

I'm a local and I use to love this store and sent people there. I could always find something for a gift, if I needed something special. However, today, Dec. 27, 2024, I went in there special as they have been advertising 15% off EVERY FRIDAY IN DECEMBER. But when I asked about it, I was told, "No, we have our Christmas Sale on and we can't have 2 discounts." I told them I hadn't planned on buying any Chritsmas items, only a couple of jigsaw puzzles. Didn't seem to make a difference! Told them that was no way to advertise and that I was not happy. Sorry, G.W. but in the future, I will plan ahead and get things I need for a cheaper price in Fresno. I so try to "Shop local." Will still come in but be very careful with what I buy.

Sue from G.W. called earlier tonight with an apology. I assumed the manager/owner was the person in the backroom that the sales lady went to ask about the 15% discount. She graciously offered me a gift card. Now that is how a business should be run. So I am changing my rating to 5 stars. Thank you for correcting the misunderstanding.

Really love this shop! All kinds of fun things to buy. I'm not a scrapbooker; but if that's your interest, they have a large variety and supply. I put together a small gift box of all kinds of fun things (soap, bath beads, lotion, cream, tea, candy, potpourri, etc) at good prices. I think I pretty much like everything about this store. 🙂

Cute store, bad service. Browsed for a while and brought a couple things to check out, and owner asked if my partner was hiding anything. Why imply that a paying customer is stealing? It’s a shame because the store is really nice. Won’t be returning thanks to this attitude, and I’d recommend taking your money elsewhere.
