I was having a hard time feeding my newborn after we were discharged from the hospital. We decided to try a consult here before heading back to the hospital and admitting defeat; and I am so glad we did. We combo fed for 9 mo this and the wonderful woman who works here was the ONLY reason my son was able to get any breast milk at all and I cannot believe I actually enjoyed it and it was going really well those 9months. I highly recommend the breastfriend pillow she recommended to us (not the Bobbie) and don’t hesitate to do a consult if you are struggling with figuring this out 🙂 I was surprised to see that it can work out so well even with a rocky start!

Sierra and her crew are absolutely amazing! I'm a new mama and so breast pumps seemed so overwhelming to me, but they walk me through every step. They really knew their stuff, and were able to point me in the direction that I needed. They explained the pros and cons of each one, and really led me to the best one. Nursing Nook team, I cannot say thank you enough! Every mama just wants to know that their babies are going to be taking care of, and you guys made the process so easy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I would recommend this store if you're looking for a local business to support and are not going through insurance. I've purchased some great items from them not through insurance, however I did have a lactation consultation with the impression I was going to get reimbursed (like their website states) once my insurance was billed. That was last 10 months ago. I have emailed, called, and stopped by the store numerous times to check on the status of the reimbursement. At this point, I know it's not going to get done, so just want others to be aware. Again, a good, local store - just don't hold your breath for any insurance claims.

Jenn helped me so much during my breast feeding journey, I really don't think I could have done it without her! From helping me get a pump through my insurance to helping me assess latching issues and showing me how to use a supplemental nursing system...every step was kind and thoughtful. I recommend her to everyone.

I would definitely say that Jen and the Nursing Nook are the reason I was so successful in breastfeeding my first for nearly 2 years, and why I feel so prepared with my second baby. Always helpful and approachable, tons of advice, and the sweetest staff you could ever imagine. They had my pumps available along with brad and tank tops and belly bands, and even gave me a tutorial each time and ensured the proper fit for everything. When my supply dipped with my first, Jen was right there with all of her knowledge to ensure I felt supported feeding my baby and was always available by phone. I can’t say enough about Jen and all she does for our community. Love these guys 💕

The nursing nook is fabulous—only place like it in town (or anywhere I’ve ever lived). Staff are knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help you whether it’s finding the right nursing bra or pump or what have you. They are very generous with their time and even do research sometimes after you’re gone and follow up. The human touch here is remarkable. And their stuff is affordable.

Jen and the Nursing Nook are amazing. I’m pregnant with my first baby, and my friend recommended I go there for my pump and other breastfeeding supplies. Breastfeeding has been the one thing I’ve been nervous about and want to go well for me and baby. Jen spent nearly an hour with me giving me the run down on everything I need vs what I don’t! Everything from pumps, bottles best for breastfeeding, nursing/pumping bras, my insurance, nursing pillows, creams, supplements... you name it! I left there feeling 200% more confident in my ability to breastfeed and so relieved that I have such a great resource at my finger tips. I will be returning later in my pregnancy to stock up, and I will be buying a refurbished pump from there as well. Missoulian moms are so lucky to have this resource to help be successful in such an important journey!
