First time visiting. Clean, friendly, and prices were not bad. I watched what I bought because some other stores were cheaper however this place had selections of food other places don't offer worth checking out.

Kinda done coming here... I don't speak Spanish but I just like the food. I was at the 1st cashier line and there was an older caucasian lady in front of me and the cashier greeted her in English and spoke to her in English. I am of Hispanic decent therefore when I went up to the cashier she started speaking to me in strictly in Spanish... I responded in English but for some reason she decided to ignore me and then said something in Spanish and did NOT understand her whatsoever so I just I felt awkward and didn't say anything back. She then reacted extremely offended and crumbled my receipt on what I was buying. This NOT is the first time I have this interaction with this specific cashier... she always dismisses the fact that I don't understand nor speak Spanish. I also find it EXTREMELY DISCRIMINATING and RACIST that she only speaks in English to lighter skinned customers basically if you look "American" to her and if you're not caucasian she refuses to speak English to people that are non Spanish speakers. She's always in the 1st cashier next the tortillas right next to the door.

This business profiles people and discriminate. I tried to use the restroom the one that you need a code and they didn’t let me because apparently it’s only for associates; the restroom does not have a sign that says it’s only for associates at the contrary it says if you need the code ask an associate for the code. I felt discriminated, disrespected and profiled because they didn’t want me to use the restroom the one in the middle that you need a code, I as a customer I should be able to use any restroom that I want otherwise they should put a sign saying otherwise in which it shouldn’t be only for associates since they also use the other bathrooms.

My 2nd time here, and I just can't get over the variety. Wide variety of ready-made foods from tamales to guac to caldo de pollo.

Incredible looking bakery section, cakes, pan, aguas frescas, very clean and abundant meat dept.

So, so, my hot drink was lukewarm, and there were no cups available. I had to request one. I told the cashier, but I also know that at Northgate, your opinion doesn't matter! Do you get a bad product? too bad there's no refunds! My bad, I keep on telling myself not to come back, but I do it anyway.

New to this market, I don’t think I’ll ever be going back I got some cheese tamales which are disgusting they have no cheese at all not even bit. Cicerones have no salt they’re only crunchy on the outside and soggy in the inside 🤮 I don’t eat this kind of junk definitely they do have a lot of very unhealthy food. If you shop there I would tell him to go for the vegetables. It’s not so much the money money it’s just money you don’t take it when you With you when you go to heaven, it’s about customer satisfaction and they definitely don’t satisfy customers. food they make there is disgusting. Save your money just go to our organic grocery market like Daniels or Jimbos👍

Large, clean store with everything you need from a supermercado. Fresh fruit and vegetables and a robust meat selection. I especially liked the specialty aisle.
