They have gone above and beyond every time we have been there. Whether it’s planning a birthday or just a random drop-in it’s always been a positive experience. Once my son fell into a display case and destroyed a basket and they were so kind about it. Another time we lost a precious toy and they went to significant and caring efforts to replace it without extra charge. They’re so patient with kids and always show extra care with items and wrapping. I can’t recommend them enough.

I was excited earlier as I found items for class disappointed. I was told they weren't being stuck. However, it was just infrom by the owner that they still have stuff.

Great store with lots of options and a wide price range in gifts. Indoor and outdoor toys, girls and boys, wide age range. It looked like they would wrap gifts for you. Definitely a fun stop.

This is by far, the best toy store we have ever been to. The store is great, and there are play areas for the kids to play while you shop. It's also a good way to test out some of the toys they have on display. The customer service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. The parking can be difficult at times though, but once you are parked and inside, it's worth it. They have lots of great toys for kids of all ages, and offer many things that other toy stores don't. I must admit, I always do online comparison shopping when I'm in stores, and many of the products offered here were reasonably priced compared to online stores.

My Son & I have a blast every time we come in. He says "This is the new toys r us" 😊(better priced my opinion ) Staff are very attentive & friendly. They have awesome learning games + toys a good variety. If your buying a gift they will wrap it for you no charge. It's a very nice environment, we will definitely be back !

I could have spent all my money in here on gifts for our nieces and nephews. They have a good selection of toys for a wide age range. Toys range from just fun to science projects. Very friendly staff also. We are not from the area but seemed like they had a list of events for local families.

Great selection for kids of all ages. They have music classes and a stage for creative play. Plenty of opportunities to try out the toys. They also have a birthday box program where kids can fill a basket with the toys they want then family and friends can come into the store at their convenience to buy the toys.
