Staff don't have good knowledge with various products there and also way overpriced! Bought a 20 pack of RAW 1¼ Cones for $16 something! New place on the Northside of town only charges $6 plus tax for the same thing! Never coming back to this establishment!

I’m super unimpressed with the professionalism of the staff. I think the lady that’s there most of the time lives there because she’s always coming out of the back with no shoes on sometimes she’s coming or hair has a toothbrush in her hand. Whenever I’m there to buy something she questions what I’m purchasing and what it does and then one day she questioned the amount I was taking. Prices also continue to go up and they are never consistent.

Absolutely, without fail every time I went in there the cashier was so rude to me. He consistently has had a tone with me where he thinks I'm dumb. All I wanted were my coils which never get ordered (understandable tho I think I was the only person who bought them) so last night I decided to buy a new tank and I told the cashier I was looking to buy one. Bro straight up told me tanks are outdated and not being used anymore. I drove like a mile down the road and bought a new tank from the new vape shop. I won't be coming here again and honestly neither should you. Their selection isn't great, their customer service sucks ass, their store isn't even that well put together or clean and everyone there seems to hate their job.

Not the brightest kid working in there, try to explain what I needed and he doesn't know anything. What a dink. I didn't know the exact name of this vape thing or the slang. They all have different brand names but not an actual common name for this device no matter what brand. He didn't even offer anything that I could look at which they probably had or even try to help. He said try Mankato. So they lost my business. I went to the smoke shop by Walmart and got what I was looking for and the lady working there didn't know everything but atleast helped with what she could which we both figured out what I needed, which is in the pic and not from the store I'm giving a poor rating to. The hippy wannabe wearing glasses at the counter is a horrible salesman and is one fry short of a happy meal. It is possible he didn't want to help me because I said I needed something to vape blue lotus resin oil which I made from the petals of a water lily which is what it really is not an actual lotus flower, but its still a flower. If that was the case than he's still an idiot, for one it's not illegal at any government level, which their THCA through X cannabinoid pens are still technically federal schedule 1, but there's loopholes through farm bill that's why they can sell them. Anyway, the poor rating is for the dink and his poor attitude.

I have been in the store several times looking for the menthol juice I used to buy there with omg. I kept getting the runaround from the day lady that works there. She told me I have to talk to the manager to order it. I asked for any mint/menthol with 0mg. She said I would have to talk to the manager and of course she said he is not around much. I then tried in the evening to see if there was better help available. Nope, I was told they won’t carry it if there are not enough buyers. I said you are the only vape shop in town and you won’t get what your customers want? Mankato here I come-better service-better prices-better people.
