This store has such bad customer service. And the store hours are horrible. You would think a store that is suppose to represent Nevada would be more accommodating to its community. Brooke Santana has no customer service what so ever. I high discourage people from coming to this store. Please shop online for your Nevada Merch.

HIGHLY recommend this to locals and visitors alike. Lots of information, very cool Nevada t-shirts, sweatshirts and other neat gifts. The store staff are very knowledgeable as well.

Very disappointed. I have visited the store three times in the past month and it has been closed. I tried on two Saturdays at 10 am and the doors were locked and again on a weekday (don't recall the particular day in question), but it wasn't open. Please change the hours posted on the door! I am frustrated with wasting my time.
