So disappointed with this shop. I ordered some personalized slippers as a gift. Not only did the shop not respond when I inquired about the item not shipping out on time, they shop did not respond when I informed them that the personalized sticker started coming off the slipper in less than a week of having them. I finally got a response with an apology and the shops desire to correct the situation and send a new pair of slippers. However- that was 2 months ago and they have not responded to any of my messages since then. The lack of communication is disappointing and unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money.

I was looking for a unique goodbye gift for one of my workers. I enjoy the different price points and options. I fou d the gifts on the Etsy shop. It was super easy to navigate and order. The communication from ordering to deliver was top notch and included care options for the succulent. My worker loved the items, I would definitely make another purchase and for just about any occasion. It's a great product.

The poorest of costumer service. I ordered a sympathy gift box for a coworker. The box has been sitting with USPS since June 2021. I reached out to customer service with Natural Succulents and was told finally they would file the claim with USPS. After not receiving a response I was told USPS denied the claim and therefore they could not refund my money but they would file the appeal. I was then told the appeal was denied so I am out of my money as per Natural Succulents, they cannot refund my money for a product that was never delivered, yet they took insurance out on the package. Horrible way to do business.

The worst customer service and a very confusing website for ordering! The seller found on Etsy advertises a MRS. Purse with your custom name. I ordered and received the purse with just the LAST name no Mrs!! The seller claimed I didn’t indicate I wanted Mrs on the purse! Really. Are you kidding me? Why would I order a Mrs purse with only a last name. The sticker was all bubbly quality was terrible. Oh seller said she would send the Mrs sticker for me to out on! Where and how was I suppose to do that? The name was so centered on the purse there was no room for it. I am not only disappointed, I’m disgusted at the fact I wasted my money. Steer clear of this place!!

I ordered a bereavement gift for a dear friend who unexpectedly lost her father. The wrong gift was sent with the wrong card and it took over a week to arrive. I was so embarrassed to have to ask her whether or not she received the gift, only to discover the unfortunate mistake. When I contacted Natural Succulents, I asked them NOT to send a replacement as the proper timing had since expired. About a week later, I receive notice that a replacement gift was mailed. I now get to face more embarrassment trying to explain this debacle!

Natural Succulents is the best place in Granada Hills to order flowers for delivery. We have been ordering from them for years now and they have never dissapointed us. They even make arrangements for East Bay deliveries, which is very convenient for our business. Thank you Natural Succulents for years of Great Service!!!!

Very disappointed in the way that this company handles customer service. Package never delivered because the address on label was incorrect. When asked to speak with a manager, I was not contacted. Instead, they replied to my review completely blaming me for what had happened. In addition, several reviews on their Etsy shop also claim the exact same thing happened with their packages. This is an honest review of my experience.
