I've been going to this florist on the way to Calverton National Cemetery for 24 years. It's a bit pricey, but who isn't? I've been happy with their selection and bought silk and fresh flowers, along with Christmas balsam wreaths and crosses. I really like going in person, but it's a long drive and I can't always go. Instead, I order something and they deliver it to the grave. I want a picture as proof and to ensure it's what I ordered and am paying for. That cost an extra $10. But then I never got the picture and they had trouble emailing it so I asked them to text it and that worked fine. I didn't like that I had to keep track and realize I never got the picture. Hoping that was a one time thing as I still plan on ordering from there. They did a nice job with the arrangement sent and it looked like the picture. I wish they'd bring back the chickens they used to keep outside. I liked seeing them. The shop is cute inside with some gift items.

This florist is horrible. They take your money and fail to deliver flowers. When I went there in person to complain they were shocked someone was actually looking for the flowers, they could not “find” my order. I watched in the reflection as they pretended to search for my order. They were not apologetic and seemed fine with losing a good customer. Do not trust this florist to deliver flowers to your loved ones just because of a convenient location.

I have been buying from here for 14 years now. I like to stop by in person because they have so many great choices and everything is high quality.
For times when I can not get to my brother's plot in Calverton cemetery, they delivered beautiful pieces. Recently they started sending a picture of the delivery. My elderly parents enjoy that since they can't always get to the site.
This is by far the best and most reliable florist!

I have been purchasing flowers from the florist for many years. My brothers and their wives are buried in Calverton National Cemetery. I would always stop at National Floral for flowers on my way to the graves. Now, since I can no longer drive, I call in or place my order on line. I am never disappointed. The flower arrangements are always beautiful. I highly recommend this florist .

It wasn't our first choice as the one we normally go to had posted a sign reading "closed Monday & Tuesday". But it turned out to be a very good runner up. I had gone to visit the graves for five military family members that were laid in Calverton National Cemetery. I hadn't been there since the start of COVID-19 and I needed to pay my respects. The shop had just what I was looking for at very reasonable prices, in fact, it was much more easy to put down what this shop had than othe floral arrangements I had previously bought. I would travel here again just to see if the ease of placement changes. The young employee was very knowledgeable and easy to locate and talk with about my concerns.

Just got off the phone from ordering perpetual care for my parents graveside. I'm in VA and can't get up to NY with all the restrictions. This way I know they are being tended with flowers each month. The lady who took my order was very nice, and the price is very reasonable. Before we moved I was in Long Island and went to visit in person. The shop is very well run with lots of lovely merchandise to choose from. I definitely recommend this shop.
