I can’t say enough good things about this store! Not only is it huge with so many brands and options for all ages newborn to big kids, but the customer service is also unmatched. We do not live in Montgomery, but their shipping is so fast. I know I can always depend on them when I need something quickly! Anytime we’re in or passing Montgomery I HAVE TO STOP here, and I never leave empty handed haha!

I live in Wisconsin and I stumbled upon this lovely store online! Firstly, I called the store to ask about sizing and the women were SOOO helpful! They told me if a brand big or small and even consulted each other to make sure they were telling me the correct information. Also, they were so patient with me because I was asking about multiple brands. The clothes were great quality and their advice about the sizing was spot on.

Due to their amazing customer service, they have made me a lifetime customer! Highly recommend their store!

I loved the customer service I received from Ann today in the shoe department! I am a first-time mama expecting my second child soon, so I was kind of clueless about this walking/shoe thing, especially because my daughter's feet are relatively small. Ann took the time to greet us, assess our needs, point us to the right first walking shoe, sized my baby's feet, and gave me tips/things to be aware of when selecting and purchasing kids' shoes. Bonus: She was great with my child, who isn't very comfortable with strangers and new environments. Thank you, Ann!

BEWARE OF STEREOTYPING!!! I've shopped here a couple times for my kids and never felt welcomed when entering, but nevertheless they had what I needed at the time, so I purchased it. Today when I went in to purchase a gift for a dear friend's newborn, I VOWED that this would be my LAST time. I was approached by an older woman as soon as I entered asking if I needed any assistance, and she directed me to the department I needed. I picked out an outfit and a silicone pacifier holder, and proceeded to look for a blanket to match. Before I could find a blanket to match, I was bombarded by a cashier taking the 2 SMALL items out of my hand and saying that she could hold them at the counter for me. But mind you, I see countless other females of a different race with numerous items in their hands, and they're allowed to hold their merchandise and carry it around with them until they're ready to check out. After speaking with a manager, he tried to make an excuse through his stuttering like the WATER BOY, that they do this because they don't have shopping carts. ALL LIES! Well why not invest in hand held carts? Hmmm, somethings not right here, but I think we all know what's going on! Seems to me that African Americans are not wanted in this place of business but you don't have to worry because I will NEVER return. I don't think I would have parked dead smack in the front door, if I was going to steal!
