I got a star ring from here yesterday. It was already broken and I still decided to get it because I was told that it was probably made that way and it’s adjustable . Today I go to put the ring on and it snaps in half $20 down the drain and terrible quality. I spent 60 in this store and it’s very disappointing to know I could’ve saved $20 and not gotten something that I wasn’t even able to wear for 24 hours

I’m normally not petty enough to leave a review when I have a bad experience, however I see others have had a similar experience to mine that have also rated 1 star.
I came with my sister. The older gentleman seemed to be nice enough initially and asked where we were coming from but then proceeded to ask a number of personal questions, if we’re married, had kids. He asked the same questions twice, so I assume he had some memory issues-fine…but then he proceeded to comment on how bad my hair looked, and that I looked significantly older than I am and asked if I “do it on purpose”, my eyebrows are too light and I should fill them in next time, I look nothing like my sister and she looks much younger than I do. All around rude.
The store is cluttered and gives dirty attic vibes with bad energy as well, though I could be jaded from being insulted the majority of the time I was there…sorry. No from me.

the one time i was actually able to go in it was nice. cheap enough to afford, old man was cranky but that’s whatever.

The reason i’m writing this review is because we were there 3 times- 2 times the signs said open, lights were on it was while they were open but the doors were locked. not great business practice. we wanted to buy incense while i was still in syracuse but i cant now because they decided to randomly be closed in the middle of the day.

I love the shop itself. The products are great, the prices are reasonable, and the cat is super cute. But recently every time I go there instead of the two woman I’m used to seeing there has been a very questionable man. He always asks extremely personal and uncomfortable questions like what our names are, where we live, and our age. The last time I went he began kind of flirting with me I guess and then asked if I was a kid to which I responded “I’m 19” and he continued with “oh you’re still a kid. You’re just a little kid.” Then turned to my mother and asked where we lived even going as far as trying to find out our street name. My sister doesn’t even want to go here anymore because of this man. They’d probably get a lot more business if they fired him because otherwise the store really is a nice place.

I really love this store! It's my go to stop for all things metaphysical. Amazing selection of crystals, gems and jewelry. Wall to wall books. Staff and owners are extremely helpful and friendly. I have spent hours in there talking and learning from the old man as well as other customers in the store. Very helpful for beginners, they will give you excellent suggestions for whatever path your on and even how to discover your path. Couldn't reccomand more. Always felt good vibes and energy from there

I used to love going to this place since the prices are decent. The energy was nice. But for some reason in recent years it's felt off in there. The man working there asks personal questions and I feel hovered over. One time it was to the point where I was making sure I could clearly leave if I needed to. It's just a strange unsettling gut feeling. It feels cramped in there when it never used to. I think it's unfortunate the sense of uncomfortableness is making me look elsewhere because I used to enjoy going. My advice would be to say hello to customers and let them be.
