If you like board games, toys, or puzzles, you should visit this store.

I’ve been to many toy stores in Illinois and this one is very unique.

The staff is great and you can find gifts ranging from birthday parties to secret Santa gifts.

Make sure to block off at least 45 minutes to see everything in the store.

If you’re a parent looking for gifts, this place is a must see.

The location is easy to find in downtown Downers Grove. Free parking is up and down both sides of the street.

I was there the other day and was going to make a purchase and forgot my coupon for 20% off. The lady that waited in me wouldn't honor the coupon that I received my mail so I didn't make purchase. I understand that I asked for the discount without the coupon, however sometimes you expect more of a personal touch from local family owned businesses. I live locally and always try to give family owned stores my business.

I can’t quite put my finger on what was so unenjoyable about my experience here it might have been the fact that the store was absolutely silent with no music or that the staff just talked amongst themselves about Netflix the whole time we were there. Whatever it was it just seemed off. They did have a large selection of toys I had never seen before but I doubt we will come back.

I’ve passed this store a million times and finally went in to get something for my nephew. It is way bigger than it looks and has all sorts of fun stuff! It was tough to decide what to get because there were lots of unique options. The employees were incredibly helpful and even gift wrapped the present for free! Even the wrapping paper options were fun and unique. You can tell that the business is run well and with a lot of care. I am excited to go back again!

This store has so many cool and educational toys. My problem with it is the pricing on toys that you can get at Target or amazon. For example, Melissa and Doug toys are marked up 10$ ! A play laundry set and instrument set are two examples. I even asked if they do price matching - I was given a hard 'no' - so I bought the toys elsewhere. The same Sensory bins are 16.99 at other stores. Here they are 26.99. Not sure why toys that are available everywhere else are marked up so high and they didn't care to give any explanation. I've spent a lot of money at this store over the years and have never been able to redeem my rewards. I always forget the piece of mail (my fault) so I've had my husband send a photo of the code and they won't accept it. Maybe time to update that system. Should all be connected to the account and redeemable without bringing in mail.

I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience at this store. I needed to buy a gift for my neice's first birthday and I've never purchased a gift for a child or had any idea what to get. A friend recommended I go here because they had been so helpful. I told the two lovely women behind the counter my predicament and asked if they had any advice on what a 1-year-old might like. Mary immediately walked me over and showed me some options of toys for that age range and some specific toys that had been very popular. She answered my questions and gave me two or three specific options that she thought would be the best. I picked one out and they did a great job gift wrapping the present as well. I rarely write such a lengthy review of a store I patronize, if I write one at all. But when a store and it's employees do such a fantastic job of helping a confused, first-time uncle who has no idea what he's going to buy feel totally pleased and confident with the gift he's giving his adorable neice, I felt I needed to share that experience. I know exactly where I'm going to find a present for all her future birthdays well. Thank you so much!
