I have purchased a music box from Music Box Attic for my wife as a Christmas gift for each of the past three Christmases. The quality of its boxes are unmatched and moreover, its customer service/help is second to none. Whenever I’ve had questions or in one instance wanted to make a change, all I had to do is call and they pleasantly and professionally took care of me.

This year’s box is a jewelry box (pictured). My wife’s favorite song is Somewhere Over the Rainbow and her favorite arrangement is by Kirk Whalum. I wanted to use this arrangement but have it changed into the sound of a traditional music box. They did just that and it’s as beautiful to listen to as the box is beautiful in appearance. When my wife opened it on Christmas and listened to it, her exact words were, “home run!”

I will most definitely be ordering from them again! And I suggest if you’re in the market for a music box, which if you choose to have customized with music, engraving or a plaque, this is your source.

Got this customized music/jewelry box as a special gift for a beloved friend's mom. My friend passed away recently and wrote and played his own piano music. Actually bought 2, one for myself and one as the gift. The company is absolutely amazing to work w, I chatted w them before buying and after buying talked to them thru email and the phone. They gave me exactly what I had envisioned.
Created them in about a week and shipped right away. Extremely accommodating, professional, talented people. You can tell them what music you want, send them audio or video thru email. I sent them 3 videos thru email and they extracted the audio. If you are searching for a music box w your own music closest to your heart, this is the company for you!!! The final product is worth every penny of what I was charged! My friend's mom and myself were blown away and it brought us to tears to hear it play and something we will always treasure!

I’ve had an excellent experience working with Music Box Attic. I had a special project for my wedding anniversary and I wanted a custom box that played a specific melody. No vendors seemed to have the tune I was looking for, and those who said they could make a movement that did either charged an amount far beyond my means, or seemed too low to be true.

The staff at Music Box Attic were able to make this custom movement and did so staying in my budget without compromising on quality. Their wide selection of boxes allowed for a delightful pairing of it to the movement and the engraving added the perfect touch as an anniversary gift.

Finally, as I’d said previously, the staff were wonderful. Polite, responsive, and realistic - they never over-promised or used any tricks for my business. These people are true professionals, folks. If you’re looking for a unique music box that is heirloom quality, these are the people you see.

Just wanted to tell Boris thank you for sending the replacement music box for the music box on the left in the picture. The original one only played random notes. I have found someone who loves it, they were happy to get it. It was shipped quickly and arrived before Christmas.

Both of our music boxes are so unique. We never see anything like here on the east coast. They are beautiful. We have ordered before, and will keep an eye out for that unique gift.

I was having a little bit of a hard time trying to set up my custom order, So I went to the chat option and got Boris Muchnik and the help I had got was amazing! helped set everything up and even helped with some spelling / punctuation corrections ( I'm bad at spelling ) ahah. really took the time to help explain some stuff.
the order has been placed with the awesome help from Boris.
If the item is as nice as the help from the team ( which i do believe it will be ) then it will all be worth it and Ill be back to look into more items.

I purchased the “4" x 6" White Lacquer Photo Frame Music Box with New "Pop-Out" lens System” back in 2018 as a wedding gift for my wife. After a while, the music stopped. I just reached out to Music Box attic via chat on their website and the person was able to help me get the music going again. It’s 11 PM as well. Amazing service and amazing product! Beautiful box, even better customer service. I bought a box with Elton John's Your Song as a wedding gift for my soon-to-be wife, I think she's gonna love it. What I appreciate even more is how helpful Music Box Attic staff were. USPS said the box was delivered on Saturday, but it wasn't in my mailbox. On Monday I reached out and expressed I was on a time crunch ahead of the wedding, and they immediately sent a new box with expedited shipping. We had correspondence via email and phone, and they were very reachable both ways. Top notch customer service, thank you to Boris and the team!
