Very helpful. Had to purchase everything for new pool so it was a little pricey. But when you are set the individual costs are not bad. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Even carried my stuff to the car. I went knowing I needed experience and expertise and that is definitely what I received. I will be using them for all my pool needs!

I recently was having issues with my pool heater and the great folks at Mr. Poolman were able to order a replacement heater and get it installed within a week. Brad and Linda have also been very helpful explaining to me how to keep my pool chemistry balanced and in good shape. They seem to have all the supplies and equipment you need to maintain your pool and the prices seem very fair! I'm happy with the service!

I went to this store to not only support our local businesses, and convenience. I had an unfortunately bad experience with the Son/Mother combination who would not listen to me as I stated the parts I needed. He/she tried to sell me parts that would of not work for the repair, (mind you I had the exact parts clamps, hoses, unions etc... with me from my hot tub) and then proceeded to tell me he would not sell me the part I needed, because he believed they were not the right ones, but then recanted his position when I flat out told him I would not buy his recommendations. He was arrogate, condescending and tried to tell me I was trying to short cut my repair. As it turned out the hose he cut was too short and I ended up repositioning my controller to make all connections work. In all this disagreement his Mother who was in charge was just as confrontational, and thought they were right at all cost. I even at one point said "Should I take my business elsewhere". I only made the purchase as I needed the parts to complete the project and get my hot tub back up for that evening. Using my better judgement and without their recommendation, I fixed my hot tub and was sitting in it that night, and the Hot tub is fixed correctly. The customer service was horrible. I don't like to write bad reviews as I believe we should support our local mom and pop stores.

I tried to return a rubber coupler gasket that cost $4.95 + tax and the lady couldn't figure out how to apply the credit to my debit card. After making a fuss she offered to give $4.50 cash because she had to pay a fee for me using their card machine. I told her that wasn't unacceptable and to keep her money, I then walked out. They will NEVER get my business again. I try to shop local, one reason being Amazon has put a lot of local small shops out of business, however when those business treats you poorly, that is good reason to not go back. They may be out of business soon if they continue to treat customers like that even though they've been in business for 45 years!!
