If I could give this place 7 out of 5 stars, I would. Wow, when I tell you Moyen and Co went above and beyond, I mean they did everything right and made the entire selection/customizing/purchasing processing the most smooth out of any transaction I have ever had in my life. Not only did I have a very specific custom design ring request, but my timeline was also shortened when I found out my girlfriend’s (now fiancé) family was going to be in town a week sooner than originally planned. Moyen and Co designed the most beautiful ring exactly how my fiancé wanted AND they were able to expedite the process to have it done within 3 weeks. This made my fiancé and myself joyful beyond words and I am forever grateful for the high quality customer service and professionalism in the process. Thank you Moyen and Co!! Definitely will return for more purchases here - would recommend to anyone who appreciates the highest quality jewelry, customization, and customer service.

Wow!!!!!! I cannot recommend this place high enough!!! They custom designed my dream ring within a very reasonable budget and went above and beyond to accommodate a payment plan. Not once did I ever feel like “just a customer” — once you begin your journey with them you are brought into a lifelong family. I’m so grateful I found them after my Pilates workout and fully intend to come to them for my future jewelry purchases (both custom designed and otherwise). Truly, you’re in excellent hands here, don’t bother looking anywhere else!

This place has the absolute best service, they are so wonderful to their customers. they truly care for their customers jewelry and take the best care of it. I came in to get my bracelet and a few other pieces of jewelry done and I was pleasantly surprised with how fast and well done they were able to do them. will definitely be coming back anytime I need something else done.

What incredible customer service and beautiful work they do here. Paul and the team there was able to fix my engagement ring in record time, ensuring my grandmother’s diamond didn’t go flying out. While I waited, I got to browse the most gorgeous jewels! This place is a hidden gem and I’ll most certainly be back. Ladies, don’t forget to get those prongs tightened!

I stopped in here for the first time just to get my ring cleaned, which they kindly offer as a complimentary service, and I’m so glad I did! Jamie is such a sweetheart and offered to clean my necklace and earrings as well. The whole staff was lovely and so helpful and genuine. They have a great selection of jewelry, including unique pieces that you don’t see everywhere else. I spotted a couple of pieces that I especially loved and will definitely be back again! PS My ring hasn’t looked this brilliant since the day I got it!
