Printing was done on time and as always, the price is right. But again, I did have an issue: the bullet points came out in print like boxes with x in them. Doesn't appear that way on my PDF and when I asked about it I (to date) got no explanation. I'm not requesting reprinting - feel I've done that too many times and it's just wasteful. We will live with it. But it seems there is always some small thing... (Last batch, the hole punches didn't match a standard 3-ring binder. You don't know that until it's too late.) Flexible, friendly staff... but... unpredictable outcome every time.
